Both the Democrats and Republicans are unhappy. The Democrats are too stupid to realize it is his policies and will vote for another Democrat.
He may not need to rely on fraud. Remember, a democrat candidate starts out with a solid 46% of the vote regardless. The rats who disapprove of his performance will just say “yes he’s a senile old fool, but he’s our fool and we love him.”
I could be wrong, but I think many of those who don’t approve will still vote for Biden. A progressive is generally incapable of voting anything but Dem.
They vote for the Party, not the man. They know Joe is just a rubber stamp. He forwards the Revolution, just the same.

I don’t see it from your perspective. When you have a candidate like this, you don’t feel motivated to vote. 2020, they voted for the Registered Democrats, but that’s going to be harder in 2024 because people are watching now. They won’t get 46% of the vote if people really have to show up and vote for Biden, and they won’t make the same mistake they did with Hillary in 2016 by underestimating participation, so there will be fraud.
IMHO, what the Republicans need to really do, is anticipate the fraud and be ready to gather evidence and counter. PROVE that illegals are voting, show them in line, have the Voter Registration list ect. Have cameras on ballot drop areas, show the mules delivering the pre-filled out boxes. Have warning indicators when demented people from a nursing home request ballots all on the same day.....that sort of thing.

Just a reminder: Bush was hammered by the “Media” everyday for over two years; before he was that low approval.
Biden has been boosted; held up, covered for; glorified; and protected for the last three years; and still hit a new low.
