one time a rival to GE and RCA both of which have also done a crash and burn.

GE is a case study in mismanagement as the senior folks looted the company as the board did nothing to stop it.

Plutocracy either by “elected” officials made rich by leveraging laws for their masters...or plutocracy by business and technology monopolists made rich by selling their products...common thread...greed and fear all around...

Plus the fact that the Dutch are some of the most lazy least motivated workers on the planet. Been there...experienced it.
