If conservatives had the capacity to steer the national conversation through our intellectual surrogates in the different institutions, then yes, this would be a good idea. Unfortunately, we do not, and if he says something like this, it will open up a new front in anti-Trump coverage - "Why won't Trump accept briefings? How un-Presidential", etc. which we will not be able to counter effectively, making it a wall to wall distration, sort of like January 6.

That these briefs are an IQ test, test of veracity, and comprehensive knowledge of the breifers preparers and their superiors. State something stuip, misleading or fail to address important issue and everyone in the chain will be sidelined and their clearances revoked for lying, insubordination and incompetence.

They will not only withhold true information. They will feed him false information in an attempt to trip him into public mistakes based on the false information.
