Imagine...
Scenario A: They beat up a white teacher at school.
Scenario B: They call racist names and beat up a black teacher at school.
The penalty for B is probably at least double that for A.
Conclusion: Keep your mouth shut while you beat up the teacher.

A Massachusetts Rat politician got to publicly preen, prance and shine his “tough-on-bad-guys” image! The fact they’re 8 grade “bad guys” calling people names is not relevant here. I imagine local soccer moms swooned over this! A Rat political career has been launched! Again that’s what’s important!
All it will take is one parent with a good lawyer. We won’t read about when the charges are quietly dropped and the kids are told “just don’t do it again”.
Criminal charges against a child? Suspended for 25/45 days?
The school district promptly upon hearing about this suspended the kids.... If you have criminal charges, you have to convict the kids. The very fact that the legal system has gone to far simply means that these kids rights were violated.
These schools are no longer in the business of education. Putting a child out of school for 5-weeks results in failure. Putting a kid out of classes for 9-weeks results in failure. This failure is the School Administration. They are there to teach students and graduate them, not destroy their self-esteme by holding them back for an entire year.
The very fact that the school or city’s educational administration has done this shows they are lost sight of their fundamental responsibility.
Racism will not be tolerated??? Do they teach about white privilege? White male privilege??
The NAACP is involved and Criminal charges were brought against kids. Some girl was subect of a slave auction by kids on Snap-Chat. When Adults do something like this they don’t get fired or suspended by their employers until they have made darn sure that they themselves will not be sued for firing someone for something that happened off the job, off the work premises.
Yet illegals rape US citizens and no charges, back out on the street, no future charges....
The police involved had better make sure that he didn’t violate some state laws about kid’s rights. Usually when a child has a criminal record it is sealed - but this guy notified the school district. The school district jumped right on it and violated the kids rights, and the parents rights. The police filed criminal charges. That means they must take this to court or drop the criminal charges, but until the legal system is thru the school has lost the ability while this in the courts, to violate the rights of kids - this happend on the Internet, from home, after school hours.
The school and the police officer should be sued for civil rights violations, damage to other people’s reputations, etc.
I would bet if we dig a little deeper, this school district teaches kids about Transexuals, transgenders, homosexuality, and probably bans the Bible and discriminates against Christians. Does this school tolerate transgender boys in the girls restrooms on in sports?
This is the kind of battle that needs to be waged. If they were black kids holding a slave auction for white kids do you think the school system would essentially throw the kids out of school thus forcing them to repeat the school year? These kinds of decisions are above the paygrades of the local DEI folks.
Seriously, if someone were to join a predominately afro Snapchat group and report to the police each time a “racist” word was used...and then do an expośe on the police NOT pursuing charges...
Fast forward one year—the same kids are arrested while whispering racist remarks in a local park.
While no human could hear them since they were careful to stay out of earshot of anyone their cell phones picked up the conversation and forwarded it to the authorities....

Exactly what “crimes” supposedly took place? In the absence of threats, the only crimes being committed here are false prosecutions by agents of the state.
Good post—the kids were probably rebelling against a steady diet of anti-white propaganda slammed down their throats at school.
I agree with you, how is the illegal.
But close reading is needed on my part. The article says they’re arrested for saying things. But one small part of a sentence indicates an actual crime.

Threats are different than name calling and bad words.
The next part seems a bit more questionable: “…with two of them facing additional charges for interference with civil rights. One additional child is facing a witness interference charge.”
Tell that to the children being prosecuted in MA.

You’d never know that from the headline and main focus of the article.
Oh, please. Apparently they’ve stopped all other real crime, to have time to monitor Snapchat. But we have apologists like you trying to justify it.
