No mowing today. Just too windy for it so I did some other yard work instead, plus washed the car.
Glad to see the wind finally laid down up there. It was pretty bad earlier, rockin’ that spruce hard. It’s still wiggling a little but not like earlier.

I hope things don’t get wild over there later today. A few small storms are beginning to pop up along the front already. Not severe but once the sun comes up and warms the air, all bets are off. Good luck!

No, Comcast hasn’t been a problem tonight. Had a busy day and have just been laying back. Well, laying back for a bit, then out to burn a pile of brush I piled up today. It was in a spot that it didn’t matter that it’s windy, and the wind helped it burn a lot faster. It just wasn’t going to start a fire elsewhere so I went ahead and knocked it out.
Just finished getting the cat stuff done so I can go to bed. I’m whipped but it was a good day. Warm, though windy. Still warm at 70 and still windy.
I hope you had a good day and enjoyed lunch with your church group afterwards.
Gosh, you were a busy gal today. I got tired just reading about all the stuff you did! No wonder you’re tired. I’m up later than I thought I would be, so guess we both need to head out.
It was really nice here. Got up to about 83, and believe it or not, it’s still pretty warm outside, kind of like it is there. Supposed to be windy tomorrow and that will bring cooler weather on Tuesday.
See ya tomorrow. My eyes are really burning after all the show-watching I’ve done.
I washed the car before I got started on the yard. LOL That HAD to be done. It was embarrassing.
I’m tired and sore but it’s a good feeling in a way. It was nice being outside and the pollen didn’t bother me too much. I hope I can do more tomorrow before the rain and storms come through.
It didn’t get quite as warm here but was plenty nice at 76 this afternoon. It was cloudy but the clouds are why the temp didn’t drop much tonight. Warm again tomorrow and Tuesday, then it cools off Wednesday.
Guess you beat me to bed. I took time to catch up on a little news and check in on the birds. NOW I’m off to bed. LOL

So you’re expecting some “fun” from this cold front to, are ya? Same here for tomorrow. They keep bumping up the threat level for severe weather as it gets closer. Looks like a lot of folks are going to have a bumpy ride this week.
And Spring is just getting started.
Well, I went to the doctor this afternoon [just routine], and when I drove out there…about 5 miles out of the city, it was clear warm and still. When I got out 45 minutes later, it was very windy and there was so much dirt in the air that it looked very foggy. ACK! Not a pretty sight. Now the sky is brown. Some April fool joke, huh!😵💫

Warm here this afternoon but it was cloudy and windy. Charlie shamed me into mowing though. LOL He was mowing the large areas with the tractor when I got up. I figured I’d go ahead and eat grass and mow the driveway at least. But before I was ready to do it, he was already mowing it.
I hauled trash to the convenience center, then broke Champ out to mow the front yard. I went ahead and started non the back yard, figuring I’d have time to do it before it got dark but noooooooo. I got a little done and it started raining! DRAT!! Now the back yard will look ridiculous for a few days until it’s dry enough to finish. *sigh*
Yes, it was quite nice up till that first burst of wind hit. We had pretty much gale-force winds [41mph average] with gusts up to 60-ish. It’s still blowing.
Sorry you didn’t get to finish the mowing. It’s like half a haircut. LOL!
