"Niger’s Russian-Backed Military Junta Agrees to Release 1,000 US Soldiers ..."

This title is misleading. The term "release" suggests U.S. soldiers were/are being held prisoner. There are not.

The title of the article you cited is: "U.S.-TRAINED NIGER JUNTA KICKS OUT U.S. TROOPS, DRONE BASE." Nowhere does the article say that American troops/personnel are being held prisoner in Niger.

The only way to reverse the decline in this country is to have a generation of good conservative leaders, which I am not hopeful will happen

‘Conservative’ leaders? Nearly everyone on FR was fellating Johnson on being a “’good’ conservative”. How’s THAT been going since he was VOTED in by the (R)N(C)

Wake me when The Stupid Party starts voting in CONSTITUTIONALISTS instead of their misnomer ‘conservative’ (all they seem to be ‘conserving’ is the illegal status quo)

No doubt about it. This is the first I’ve heard of this.

Those troops need to be extracted like yesterday.

Why haven’t they been air dropped supplies?

The Marines have troops on ships just for this purpose.

It’s going to be difficult to keep this quiet.

The junta would not allow any flights to resupply the troops with food or medical supplies nor would they allow them to leave. They were in effect held hostage, though not in name. The junta wanted something from Biden in exchange for letting them leave, and apparently they got whatever it was they wanted..................

A senior U.S. diplomat said coup leaders in Niger refused to allow her to meet Monday with the West African country’s democratically elected president, whom she described as under “virtual house arrest.”

I would be happy just to have people who love America more than they love politics, UN, WEF, MIC or some other organization that is anti-American, unfortunately I don’t think that’s possible.

I was agnostic on Mike Johnson I didn’t expect much and got even less

I’m afraid it’s too broken and shattered. We’ll never recover and even remotely look like we once did.

There will be pockets and we always have the blueprint for re-building...The Constitution of the United States of America.

Old days:

1) Declare war against the U.S.A.
2) Surrender
3) Get buried under avalanche of U.S.A. foreign aid

Now days:

1) Declare “Death to America!”
2) Sell American weapons left behind by The Swamp
3) Send your people to cross U.S.A. border illegally

all they seem to be ‘conserving’ is the illegal status quo

In order for there to be a conservative tendency, movement, or (eventually) party, the FOUNDATION is, "what are we promising to conserve?"

This does not exist, and never has existed, for the so-called American "conservative movement".

And let's be honest. There is no agreement on this site about a starting point for what is to be conserved.

33AD?
325AD?
1453?
1860?
1898?
1913?
1919?
1933?
1945 (lots of fans here)?
1959?
1973?
1988?
2008?
December 2019?

You see the problem. The "conservative" house is built on sand, and the waves are washing it away.

Here’s an article out today.

https://archive.ph/RH4Db

Yes, Oreno of France still has a uranium asset in Niger, but they were the only uranium company operating there. After all, France considered this part of Africa their sphere of influence.

Canada was similar to the USA - it shut down all its uranium mines because of environmental and market reasons (a lot of enriched uranium coming from Russia in the 2000s)

One large company stayed in business - Cameco.

There are Canadian mining companies, not in operation, sitting on uranium reserves that are the same, or bigger, than Cameco’s

There’s no shortage of the stuff - only the political will to approve, build and operate mines.

I believe that as well, only Devine Intervention which I think is coming after we suffer the wrath of God, you can’t operate like we are and not think we are in real danger.

When a society has a significant percentage of people who think it’s perfectly fine to mutilate children, a society that is on the road to mainstreaming pedophilia, then we are too far gone to turn back in any traditional way.

That’s why I don’t really stress over the day-to-day happenings, I can only take care of myself and family.

The Russian-backed military junta in Niger will release the 1,000 US soldiers trapped at the base in exchange for the keys to the $100 million American airbase in the country.

Give them the keys, get every last one of our people out of there, and then level the airbase. Carpet bomb with B-52s. That's the only sensible thing to do.

Yup !

My view is that God-fearing leaders and elites and rulers can make any political system work.

And if you don’t have that, any political system will decay and collapse.

All the countries of the West are living thru the end state failure of Regimes based on Enlightenment thinking.

Nothing will change until they totally collapse.
