If one would wear a T with such sentiments one should get the grammar right. By saying 'there are only two genders" he is defeating his own purpose because he is giving in at the beginning to the Leftist perversion and nullification of language. There are three, not two, genders- masculine, feminine, and neuter. There are two sexes- male and female. Gender is not sex though it does align, somewhat, with sex.
Gender is a linguistic category, not a biological one.
Don't give them their argument right off the bat by accepting their redefinition of everything.
