sS you know, I’m a Vet. I use the VA for my medical care which at this point in time is pretty much negligible - thank goodness! I MUST have a physical every 18 months to keep my benefits, so I do that, of course.

That said, I had a kidney stone and was in so much pain it was ridiculous. Luckily, I was in town when it was happening and got myself to the ER for some help. OMG! If you’ve ever suffered one, you know what I mean!

Anyhow, I got the bill. $7,000.00 and change for 4 hours in the ER where the numbed the pain, gave me an MRI and told me “You’ve already passed it!” Well, Gee. THANKS! I could’ve done that at home!

I called the VA in Florida that handles all emergency care for Vets and they said I met the criteria for them covering it - Thank Goodness!

I can just imagine what the weekly, monthly, yearly bill will be when we lump ILLEGALS into our mess of a healthcare system.

Thanks for footing the bill, Fellow Taxpayers, but at least I was BORN here and gave 16+ years of my life to service!

I’m glad that worked out well for you. I am Nam combat vet and we are allowed 3 visits to our local Urgent Care or the ER. Tri Care, as you know, is great.

I’m very blessed to have my medical through the VA. Having this health care allowed me to retire early from The Rat Race. :)

President Trump improved the VA greatly. He saw that 8000 incompetent employees were fired. I saw that Biden brought them back.
