Do you believe there can be no rape in marriage?

Sounds like that B.S. radio commercial that says one in five kids in America goes to bed hungry each night.
With all the social and food assistance programs in the USA there better not be ANY child going hungry.
Go to any Walmart and see how many overweight kids there are then try and run this story by me again.

... 20.6 percent of adult women in Utah -- more than 157,000 women -- have been the victim of forcible rape ... Statistics released for the first quarter of 2003 show a slight decrease in forcible rapes compared with the first quarter of 2002 -- from 203 down to 177.
At even 302 / year it would take 733 years to get to 157,000. Are some of the women in Utah really, really old?

Revise that last figure down to 193 years -- 157,000/812= 193.
Still, thats pretty old.

Some people believe that there can be no rape in a marriage. When I wrote the statement "Some people believe sex in marriage is rape," I was thinking about all the women groups who believe rape is marriage and pursue criminalized rape-marriage-laws.
Most of these women groups are crypto socialist/communists in nature that want to use unbalanced gender laws to advance their political agenda.

Your experience is not unique nor is it a new phenomenon. I've dated several women as long as 32 years ago who told me they were raped and according to their accounts, none of them fit NOW's broad definition.
One was forced to perform oral sex with a knife to her throat and another was held captive for sixteen hours and repeatedly raped and sodomized. Others suffered so called "date rape."
There are a significant number of sick, narcissistic men out there. Thank goodness neither you nor I are among them.

My Great Grandmother was born there in 1850, if she hadn't died in 1938, she would be old.

Actually 10, 15, 20 percentages are really wonderful when you consider what life was like, and is like, in places and times when the cultures do not a high value on women as individuals. Think of the countries filled with poverty and lack of Judeo-Christian foundations. Think of peasant women in the Middle ages. Think of shop girls in the 1900. We have progress here.
