Concur. I think we can all thank the smart CEOs who outsourced the menial jobs of programming power distribution controllers to our friends in India and China for this predicament. It's obvious these villains are building up to something much greater, but you are not going to get anybody to cop to the troubles we face.

Italy needs to lift the ban on nuclear power, build more wind turbines, extract more domestic natural gas, exploit more geothermal and hydro. Importing power from France can't be the answer in the long run.
