I see we are now paying former Iraqi soldiers $40 per month to keep them from rioting. How many of them are in the guerilla ambushes made on our troops? It is hard to keep money away from terrorists, especially when we have officials with such wasteful policies.

Some how I think that the sickening part is after the clinton adm tracked to $'s they did nothing about it.
