In my humble opinion, we can see God’s plan widening from first one man, abraham, to his family, to a tribe, a clan, a nation and then, as Daniel saw in his vision, a mountain that covers the whole world. That mountain is the extended Israel, namely the Jesus movement Jews ie Christianity.

But chosen for what? From Israel came the salvation of the world.

Salvation ie Jesus came from the Jews. Christianity is a sect of 2nd temple Judaism.

Just as the Syro Phoenician woman said, even the dogs eat the scraps, and just as Jesus pointed out, the groom will invite strangers to the wedding party.

A Jew keeps the Torah, but of the two rival sects that survived the great tribulation ie the destruction of the temple in 70 AD we have

1. The Jesus movement Jews who claim that Jesus has fulfilled the sacrifices and these are not needed. These, the “Christians” have the New testament

2. The Pharisees who became Rabbinical Judaism ie what we call today Jews. They have the “oral Torah” ie the Talmud and have tidah instead of the sacrifices in the temple

The “Torah” is also reflected in our “Old testament” and as Christian’s we read and proclaim the Torah daily just as we proclaim the one time sacrifice that is Jesus’s sacrifice.

The Jews were chosen for God’s purposes just as you and I are. People tend to lump all people with the label “God’s People”, because they mistake their own desires for their own purpose, rather than realizing that He chooses all for their individual purposes on earth. Many religions want to be perceived as the “Chosen” because it implies that he has a “favorite” people, but I believe that we are all precious in His eyes and will discover our mission in either the life or the world to come. The Jews were chosen because they are a “stiff necked people” and God knew that they would perfect for the mission he had for them. However, folks like to put their own ‘labels’ on people, just like labels on a shirt. I believe that everyone should seek out what their mission is and try everything in their power to succeed in God’s mission for them.

I’m referring to your trolling. It’s an Eschatological thread and you have been warned to knock it off numerous times.

You accuse others of lying which is itself a lie.
Enough already!

The Torah is that Hebrew book in its pristine original form without breaks or punctuation which is 5000 yrs old. It is the link between Heaven and earth. The Jews transmit this through Time. Someone HAS to. They were chosen to do it. There is no word of God if there isn’t a pure reference.

To: Cronos; All

You’ve come here to thread crash and push Pre-Terism which in and of itself is heavily Anti-Semitic and robs the Jewish Nation of their identity and their destiny.

So explain to everybody here now that you’ve crashed the thread as usual, what was the Mark of the Beast in Revelation 13 at the destruction of the temple in AD 70?

For extra credit: Try to tie that in with how Chinese, Indians, Aborigines, Nordics, Sub-Saharan Africans and Mayans all received the Mark of the Beast from Rome in 70 AD since the exact word in Revelation repeated several times is “ALL”. That means everybody.

Nobody who reads these threads believes you.

Dear RW_criminal,

You posted an open thread and you get hot under the collar when someone writes the biblical and historical point of view that shows your post is wrong?

Next, your article is anti semitic, pushing the false Palestinian narrative that the nation of Israel ceased to exist between 79 AD and 1948 AD. That is false, as a nation the Jews have always existed for 3000 years.

In fact there were minor Jewish independent states in 130-132 AD and 640 AD. And Jews have existed nonstop as a nation.

This Rev310.net is pushing the anti Semitic idea that the Jewish nation didn’t exist for 2000 years.

Dear RW_criminsl,

Look at rev 13
Rev. 13:16–18. 16 Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, 17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. 18 This calls for wisdom: let him who has understanding reckon the number of the beast, for it is a human number, its number is six hundred and sixty-six.

13:16–17. Like the sealing of the saints in Revelation 7, the sealing of those who worship the beast is an image of allegiance. In other words, those who are sealed by the mark of the beast are those who have given themselves to Satan. Here again we see how the devil mimics God’s dealings with man. A certain lesson, which is applicable to our day, might be learned from this.

Many false religious beliefs such as dispensationalism and the 19th century rapture philosophy and false moralities have been established, which on the surface have similarities with God’s true Church and her teachings. Yet, they are only demonic parodies. In Jesus’ words, they are “wolves in sheep’s clothing” (cf. Mt. 7:15).

So it’s Anti-Semitic to point out that as a Nation (sovereign nation with borders) that Israel has not existed since AD 70?

Name Israel’s Ambassador to England in 1890?
Name Israel’s elected President in 1600?
Name Israel’s Commanding General in 640?

I will wait patiently for those answers and the answer to what you say what the Mark of the Beast of Revelation 13 in AD70.

Stop distracting and prove yourself since you want attention.

Dear RW_criminsl,

You ask about the Indians, Chinese etc. That’s a good question, and answered by looking at Revelation 11, just 2 chapters prior to Revelation 13 and the demonic mark.

Rev 11 says
“Their bodies will lie in the public square of the great city—which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt—where also their Lord was crucified”

This fixes it as Jerusalem before 70 AD.

When Hadrian rebuilt the city it was Aelia Capitolina, that’s the oldest parts of current Jerusalem.

Furthermore read the entire book of Revelation and you will see the word “soon” used very often for a book written in 64 AD

Rev 1.1 The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place.

Rev 3.11 I am coming soon

Revelation 11:14
The second woe has passed; the third woe is coming soon

Revelation 22:6
John and the Angel
The angel said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God who inspires the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place”

Revelation 22:7
“Look, I am coming soon

Revelation 22:12 “Look, I am coming soon”

Revelation 22:20 He who testifies to these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

Jesus revealed to John in 64 AD that he was going to triumph SOON, in the lifetime of the generation reading the Revelation of John.

Jesus in the gospels emphasises that he would come in THAT generation that was listening to Him, not 2000 years later.

Jesus did not lie.

Furthermore after the destruction of Jerusalem as Jesus prophesied and John saw in his Revelation, many people converted to christianity. That’s because Jesus did set up His kingdom, the extended Israel which included at its core Jews.

The Gospel of John has a triumphant tone to it, Jesus fulfilled His promise, the “come soon” and destruction of “great city—which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt—where also their Lord was crucified” happened

So a non-answer with Scripture and a total dodge on the Israel question?

Figures.

Nobody should take you seriously.
I sure don’t.

” a Nation (sovereign nation with borders) that Israel has not existed since AD 70?”

It has existed

1. In 132 AD Despite arrival of significant Roman reinforcements from Syria, Egypt, and Arabia, initial rebel victories over the Romans established an independent state over most parts of Judea Province for over three years, as Simon bar Kokhba took the title of Nasi (”head of state”). As well as leading the revolt, he was regarded by many Jews as the Messiah, who would restore their national independence

2. In 613 AD during the Byzantine Sasanian war the weakness of the resistance enabled the Persians and their Jewish allies to capture Jerusalem following a three weeks siege. Many churches in the city (including the Church of the Resurrection or Holy Sepulchre) were burned, and numerous relics, including the True Cross, the Holy Lance, and the Holy Sponge, were carried off to the Persian capital Ctesiphon. Nehemiah ben Hushiel was appointed as ruler of Jerusalem from 614 AD to 628 AD.

Furthermore, a nation is a community of people. You are mixing it up with a political entity called a country.

In 1890, Jews were performing the first Aliyah to Israel. Their “ambassadors” were talking with both the English and the German empires about a political entity in the years preceeding world war one.

In 1600 no country had an elected president.

In 640 the commanding general was Nehemiah as indicated above
