“Oswald fired one of the shots”
It turns out that is not possible—a recent document release (FBI witness interviews—collected by the Warren Commission but previously classified) has three separate witnesses to the following:
Oswald goes to the second floor of the Book Depository Building to take a break and drink a soda.
He walks up to the soda machine in the breakroom and realizes he does not have correct change.
He walks across the hall to the adjacent office and asks if anyone has change for a dollar.
One lady says she does and Oswald goes to her desk.
He hands her a dollar bill and she reaches into her purse.
She pulls out the change and starts handing it to him.
“Bang”
“Bang”
“Bang”
Everybody in the office (including Oswald) runs to the window to try to figure out what the noises were.
With that iron clad alibi the case against Oswald would have been tossed out of court.

The original post was of a claim by that Roberts person that just before (or during) the shooting, Oswald was in the break room eating chicken and drinking a Coke, making the case that Oswald was NOT in the window and hence couldn’t have fired the shots.
