As far as United and American go, American was losing some money, but nothing they were worried about. The unions at United were already worried about furloughs because United was doing so poorly. Both were losing in the hundreds of millions per quarter. Quoting one stock analyst doesn't mean much either. I'm sure you could find at least one idiot recommending Enron or Excite today.

I dont know what to make of all this as of yet. But, as a
Conspiracy Therorist at heart, I shall keep my tin foil hat at arms length at all times.
Some of all this is easier for me to believe, than our being totally suprised by the attacks on 9/11. And, yes the tail section just falls off of airliners, and TWA 800's fuel tank exploded...and...(reaching out for tin foil hat, just in case).......

Well, it _would_ be an act of terrorism to attack Iraq.

Ditto what you said. I went to the site (in Canada) that this article came from and it is totally full of trash, including lots of Robert Fisk articles. They even have one story of how the Pentagon plans to attack the US to start a war with Cuba.
This is pure dis-information likely written in Cuba. The KGB used to be the source for this kind of crap back in the old days. I guess it keeps the tin foils tilted to the left happy, but no one with a brain is buying any of it.

Bin Laden's hospital visit has been thoroughly discredited. Didn't happen.

People like Tennessee Bob are so thick, that they refuse to see the truth until it knocks them off their front porch swing with a 2X4.

The CIA was there because Daddy Bush and his cronies sent him there to broker a deal with Bin Laden to lay their oil pipeline through Afghanistan.
Bin Laden wouldn't capitulate...so we had to bomb the hell out of him. But first we needed a pretext.

"Threads and posts regarding this got yanked, it wasn't until the U.K. Independent regurgitated the story in a slightly milder form that it survived in a F.R. thread: CIA-Connected Brokerage Handled Terror Trades"
This one was posted and answered a lot of questions, and raised a lot of questions, before the copvscia article --- Put Options

Amazing. This website backs up everything Maxine Waters was saying about the CIA's drug dealing in LA. Anyone who is a friend of Castro's has to be a credible source. And the website even has a letter from Cynthia McKinney on the drug war.
To: Verax
And that's why Bin Laden admits to orchestrating the attacks. He was set up, but gladly admits to something he didn't do. Makes perfect sense....
To: Verax
Then, why in hell did you vote for Bush in the first place? You hadn't heard about all these conspiracies before last year's elections?

Frank Church is roasting on a spit in hell as we type.

OBL denied going to Dubai last year. The report in Le Figaro was that he went there in July of this year.

I wish you would show up on all of these kinds of threads. For some reason, probably because I've known you (FReeperly) for so long, you always put my mind at ease.
I just believe you more.
