Yup,but this will follow some months of careful monitering to see who you are meeting with and where you are going. Some people will even be surprised to be called in to ask "Why were you in the Home Depot parking lot on 2PM 5 April 2004?",and charged with conspiracy if they don't have good answers.

BTW,those of you who think they can beat this system and not pay taxes by barter or trade, ain't gonna happen. EVERY purchase you make will be scanned and entered into a database, and EVERY purchase will be taxed and paid at the point of purchase. Large purchases of items like building supplies will require a building permit before purchase, and you WILL be required to keep a list of all employees who worked on the structure the permit was for.

When they shut down the ability to use cash (and they WILL),they shut down freedom.

..."BTW,I will always be convinced that "DOLE!" is the sound Homer Simpson makes when he screws-up and slaps his forehead"....

Thank goodness I saw this and #114 at the same time! I saw the 'Homer Simpson' comment and was thinking of Alan Simpson!! But it made no sense about slapping his forehead.

It must be funny, cause Ragin1 did a LOL....I've never seen or heard Homer Simpson---is that a part of that tv show Simpsons and Butthead? Ya have to remember, sneakypete--I'm the one that doesn't know who Cat Stevens and Stevie Vaughn and Leonard Skinhard are!!

That's "Beavis and Butthead" you are thinking about. I've never seen that show myself. Don't have cable. Homer Simpson is the dad on the cartoon show "The Simpsons" that comes on Fox.

Ya have to remember, sneakypete--I'm the one that doesn't know who Cat Stevens

Never heard the songs "Moon Shadow" or "Miles from Nowhere"? Think around 1972-1973.

and Stevie Vaughn and Leonard Skinhard are!!

Are yew sum kinda communist spi? Yew call yerself a murican, and don't know who Stevie Ray Vaugh was? Or that Lynard Skynard was the name of one of the most rocking blues groups that ever existed? Every heard the song "Freebird". Think VERY carefully before you answer this question! You MAY be deported if you miss it!

Yeah, but 200+ years is the longest run ever. Every show eventually closes it's run and goes on the road.

As undersecretary... deal with threats to transportation.

In days past, he would fill it up, check the oil, top off the radiator and check the tires. (at least from what I remember, I was but a mere laddie back then)

LOL! We went thru this quite some time ago...on one of the threads you indicated where there was some music to be had on the web and brought up these names and a lot of songs...I was lost in 'space' then, and still am!! But y'all were having a great time recalling this song and that song and one group after another after another.

I mentioned this to my daughter at the time, and her comment was, "Oh God, Mom....did you have to let them know how square you are? She offered to do a write up on a lot of musicians, singers, groups, songs, actors/actresses....was only a couple of months ago I found out what "jalo" is (ain't got a thing to do with jello!)

Gulp... Guilty, sir....can I plead conscientious objector?

As I'm told, ja is actual J as in Jennifer and the lo is as in Lopez....Jennifer Lopez....she's supposed to be some hot tamale....course there are Guilders that will do the back-bitin, cat hissing routine and suggest her butt is not small!

Therefore, based on that and that alone, I dedeuce she must really be something hot!

They're so jealous, they think Caroline Kennedy dresses shabbily or tacky! Jealous _________ (fill in the blank)! :)

Well when I decided I needed to cast my vote for Bush i stated it was at best a delay to the Civil War. As to the dark hundred flash bang wake up call well I would hope I had gotten a very high score before then.

To: Travis McGee; all
Ok, ok. I am distressed by the Magaw recess appointment....and with the FBI chief and CIA chief now in power. They are all Clinton holdovers and, as such, can be regarded with nothing but contempt.

I also did not like the term "homeland defense" before it was chosen - because to me it smacks of USSR-like statism. It nauseates me every time I hear it used.

I see cave in after cave in by the Bush administration to the leftists who are out to destroy them - and us.

It is all distressing.

AND YET ......

Are you all in agreement that it would have been better for this country, for our freedoms, if Algore had succeeded in his massive election fraud scheme in 2000?

Those were our only choices.

Further, at the least, Bush had been out in the private sector before his run for Governor of Texas - and it had not been as a trial lawyer sucking the life blood out of assorted deep pocket entities as one NC Senator did before he rose to political power - John Edwards.

Yes, he did grow up as an "insider" in the government - with his Dad as CIA Chief, VP and then as President.

So, he has a built in "trust" of government.

And, being one of the elite, he has not had enough experience of being rousted for being just an ordinary American who loves freedom, our Constitutioinally guaranteed but God given human rights, and the opportunity to take care of one's self and one's family without massive interference from the government. But he had SOME experience being in the private sector for a number of years - as opposed to every single Clintonoid you can find who is either on the government payroll for life (ala Clinton) or a trial lawyer (ala Clinton) or both (ala Clinton).

Further, I have never seen proof that President Bush treasures - is allied with - is in total foreful agreement with the communist/Marxist/Stalinist/Maoist ideology - as we know both Bill and Hillary Clinton did/do. Perhaps you don't think that difference in ideologies matter - I do.

Finally, we have been through one year now of the Bush administration. We have not had the massive destruction of our national security at the hands of this President - just the opposite - as we did under Clinton which was documented by one Gary Aldrich - in the White House.

Neither have we had sleepoverrs and coffees for cash, drug addicts with top security clearances, free sex happening in every nook and cranny of the White House by all sorts of "partners", etc, etc, ad nauseum.

Neither have we had the firing of every single U.S. Attorney as Clinton did his first weeks in office...which we know was opening the door to massive corruption at will and covering up previous corruption while Clinton was Governor of ARkansas.

Neither do we have any accusations that President Bush treats women with anything less than the highest respect.

Further we have a man who publicy professes his faith in Jesus Christ - and then lives his life in a "Godly" way - which is one of the things that makes so many of the "Bush babes" attracted to him. He is the opposite of the Clinton sleazoid and the epitome of courtesy, kindness, strength, and integrity....all character traits that were sorely lacking for eight long years.

Finally - it is obvious - the Hitlery minions are out to destroy him - however they can. If he were walking in league with the Demonrats, why would that be true?

I know, I know - the globalist thing - and the National ID - all those are important concerns. Extremely important.

But what if this is what is going on. What if Bush has many Clinton holdovers all around him - and they are the ones obviously with the most experience - and the most recent experience - in whatever it is function required. Obviously, he has Tenet and the FBI guy advising him - and Bush takes people at their word - and relies on their advice. He sees it as no problem to appoint experienced people recommended by his Clinton holdovers because HE CANNOT IMAGINE THE HIDEOUSNESS OF THE CRIMES COMMITTED UNDER CLINTON!

This is true of most of the "elite" in the political circles sadly....the ones who are not actually doing the damage....They simply are naive....not believing any American "President" or "Senator" or "political party" could possibly commit the murders that occurred under the Clinton reign of terror, for instance. They side with "the government" because they just do not think the government could be that "evil."

I supported President Bush in 2000 and will do so in 2004 because the other options mean the destruction of our country. Further, if we could get Republicans in the Senate in 2002 majority - we would be able to get GOOD appointees through Congress. As it is right now, every appointee is compromised - almost - by the Dasshole team.

Again, please don't try to give all the arguments against Bush here. I have followed them and are aware of them.

With Harpo-I knew President Bush was not as conservative and freedom loving as I would want in a President. But there is no comparison in personal integrity and honor between this President and his team and the last one. IN other words - character matters.

I do think President Bush has unfortunately surrounded himself with some advisors who scoff at the concerns for personal freedom expressed by many on this thread. But that is not the same as actively going after one's enemies either with the IRS or with other government "stormtroopers."

I have been one who has been pleading for the Bush team to go after the Clinton crimes - but again - must remember - that the Clintonoids purposefully LOADED the lower echelons of eveyr executive Branch with their people who could not be asked to leave because they were in "protected" categories.

How would YOU behave given those circumstances if you were in President Bush's spot?

sorry for the fingernails across the blackboard grammatical error: I have followed them and am aware of them is better.

(I know - were other errors - but this was the worst.)

Thanks in advance for your courtesy. By the way, Uncle Bill - thanks for all your work through the years.

Well when I decided I needed to cast my vote for Bush i stated it was at best a delay to the Civil War.

Odd. I had the same thoughts. I have almost changed my mind now though, and think delaying it will only make things worse. I am half-way inclined to vote for whatever leftist/fascist the Dims nominate in order to help bring this thing to a head while there are enough people like us still alive and mobile enough to make a difference. There is also no denying that the longer this is put off,the fewer weapons that will be available to the average citizen.

I AM to this point in the NC Senate race. I am beyond refusing to vote for Giddy Dole, and have promised myself I would actually vote for whatever communist the Dims run against her. I'm tired of being taken for granted, and the RNC and the NC GOP need a wake-up call.

Oh,well. That makes it all ok. None of that other stuff about violating the US Constitution, greasing the skids for a quick slide towards a police state, protecting the previous criminal occupants from the WH from being investigated, ignoring voter fraud, wanting to make instant citizens out of millions of illegal aliens, and leaving known criminals in charge of gooberment agencies matter. I don't know WHAT I had been thinking. Please forgive me!

I for one in order to be true to my conscience can not bring myself to vote for the in your face RATS but then again I live in the People's Socialist Republic of Connecticut. I would vote for a Libertarian candidate before I would vote for Giddy if I were in NC. It is a conundrum.

No, that doesn't make it all okay. My question is this - can an authentic Christian KNOWINGLY lead America into a Hitleresque scenario?

Your sarcastic tone is not necessary.
