What other elected offices have you held? Time to see if Hooked on Phonics will give you a refund.

COL Oliver North never held elected office and if it were not for Judasjahn Warner and his Pimpette, Coleman, we would not be having this discussion today.
I agree it would be nice to a have a canidate with a long list of successful elections and experience without corruption, but that is impossible in todays environment. We must make a new environment! Tossing incumbents is a start.
If this was a 50/50 race, it would be another thing but it is not. We are not trying to win, we are trying to be felt. If 3% 0r 4% could be achieved, it would be a message heard nation-wide and we would be felt!

If elected, would you put forth efforts to investigate the Clinton-Gore Chinagate sellout?Oh sure! All by myself. LOL!
If I thought that anyone would back me up on it, I'd do it in a heart beat. But the GOP, and the DOJ don't seem to place a very high priority on it. For a freshman Senator to pursue an investigation like this unilaterally would be like giving a man just enough rope to hang himself. I'd just be spinning my wheels. Rest assured though, if a viable investigation was begun, and I was tasked with assisting in it, I'd do it wholeheartedly.

I am so thrilled one of our very own freepers is announcing for the U.S.Senate! I'm wishing you the very best of luck and I hope to be one of thousands on this forum helping you out and cheering you on.
I'll bet this forum's founding father, JimRob, has a very satisfied smile on his face right now with this announcement. Many freepers who cut their teeth here and who have received inspiration from our band of brothers are being emboldened to take the plunge in running for public office at many levels. We're fighting back with a lot more energy than just sitting at our keyboards, talking to each other.
God bless you and your campaign, my friend.

There is no reason to get nasty (didn't want to say snippy).
AP has raised some legitimate concerns, especially given the current national and state level political climates. We should all weigh the candidates for their integrity, and make sure that we are making the right choices.

Great news, P8triot. It will be a rare occurance to actually vote for someone liked and whose views can be respected. Now, will the bumper stickers say "P8triot?"
Other good news today is the email from James Parmelee that RINO State Senator Warren Barry (37th District) is stepping down. Conservatives like the Hon. Morton Blackwell, the Hon. Sandy Liddy Bourne, the Hon. Eugene Delgaudio (saw him at the "Count the White House Silverware" party), Richard Viguerie, David Keene, and a whole host of others are supporting Mike Thompson.
Parmelee's website where he should have the info up soon on Mike Thompson is
Northern Virginia GOP.com
Ever onward!
