Your argument is silly. The "legal and moral entity called marriage" does not include screwing third parties.
There can be no moral basis for extracting money from an ex-husband to support a child conceived by an ex-wife and a third party. The third party and the ex-wife have that responsibility. In any moral world, anyway.
You keep saying that the kiddo has a right to a "family". But what you're really saying is that the ex-wife has a right to money from the ex-husband because she cheated and lied. There's no "family" issue here. Merely a grasping slut who wants to cheat and lie and get paid for it. Idiocy!
