Above you claimed that there was no threat that the kids removal would be permanente. So they were trying to work out a solution. The t-shirted protestors trying to intimidate the court and the Social Services submarined any chance the Christines had. It was the idiocy of those in Grant's Pass that showed no bounds. Oh yeah, I'm sure Brian really appreciates the lovely accomodations that his friends have arranged.
Steele was not called anything by me but he was certainly not revered by me either. Prove your allegation or give it a rest. Even Steele gets it right about the Grant's Pass crowd, why don't you?
Brian's bail is $500k. Ruth's bail was only $50k. How's about only $5K to get her out? Or how about a Deed of Trust in favor of the court on the real property of one of these fine folks. Just need $50k in equity and the fees would be minimal. Not much to ask for, considering.
Doesn't say much for her supporters or for your contention that there was overwhelming support for the Christines in the community.

Recalling the facts accurately is not your long suit, you tried to pass off Steele's defense of the Aryan Nation as a First Amendment case. I corrected you by reminding you that two people were assaulted by the Aryan Nation security forces and they were suing for damages. No mention of Neos.
Call Sieradzki he likes to tell those German war stories. His family surviving that time period is his claim to fame and he flaunts it. Check out the link here and scroll to the Star of David, he puts it front and center at every turn. He acted as though it gave him special privilege to call others "Nazi".
BTW when you talk to him, ask about the total financial meltdown this country is going to suffer at the hands of the government and powerful business community. It was scheduled to happen immediately after Y2K according to him. As a result of a conspiracy (surprise) and not Y2k problems. Y2K was going to be used as cover. Sieradzki and another vocal Christine supporter, Paul Walter, wrote an article on this subject. To say Sieradzki and Walter have a unique perspective does not do them justice. These guys are lunatics and they were leading the charge for the Christines.

The banks, corporations, insurance companies, utilities, etc., will invoke the law to protect their assets while the people are stripped naked.

Earth to Spinmeister: We're in the midst of a financial meltdown. AT&T and IBM are about to topple. Sun is in dire financial straights. Regardless of what spin is coming from the current administration if you aren't prepared for a major fallout, you're not paying attention. Many people were wrong about the gravity of the Y2K situation. Including apparently Michael. Alot of the Y2K hysteria occurred here at FR.
How this relates to this particular incident is known only to you and I won't pretend to be clairvoyant enough to decipher your bizarre need to bring it up.

Evidently you buy into the government conspiracy angle, too. Michael wasn't suffering from Y2K hysteria. He was suffering from anti-government and anti-business hysteria. He said it was a conspiracy that would happen no matter what real problems Y2K produced. The Y2K thing was going to be used for cover. Far different than the run of the mill hysteria that was out there.
The subject was brought up because he and Paul Walter are two of a few vocal Christine supporters. They were advising the Christines, also. You maintain that the Christine supporters are rational. Evidently, that won't change. I say they are not rational and see a government conspiracy behind every tree.
Shawn Brink has been removed. Her son was a drug dealer. Go figure.
The two infants went with Brian's mom. The other three are with Ruth's parents. Dateline is going to do a piece if Ruth can get permission to leave Oregon.

The rest is old news. As I said before, Michael wrote that were Xrays showing an old injury. If now he says something else, oh well. It still doesn't change the other aspects of the case.
That's what the Dr. wrote in his report. However, there were no such Xrays and Michael assumed that there were because of what the Dr. said.
This case is going to bust wide open and those of us who have noticed that there was never any evidence that the Christines had caused any harm to their children will be vindicated. Because there never was any such evidence. The entire premise for the removal of the children was based on lies.
The "Sovereign White Citizen" crowd wasn't about to part with its beer money, no matter how long she waited.
And Kidnapping at gunpoint is a good idea?
Ask the state. They seem to think so.
