Seems NBC may have uncovered a little collusion angle. Something about Brian meeting with you-know-who in Merlin, Or. While at y-k-w's residence, alerting a reporter known to y-k-w that police were out to get him. Then leaving that residence and comitting some vehicle code infractions. Brian Christine refused to stop within a reasonable time, refused to produce valid registration etc,and refused to cooperate with the police. He tried to lock himself in the motorhome. The police had to make a forced entry to arrest him. The next day Brian's wife alerted the same reporter that the police did "get" Brian. A staged event with a little help from Merlin.

Blow up in the face of those who contend that there are no Xrays. Steele states that there were Xrays and a cat scan. Two doctors found the Xrays inconclusive. At least one other doctor will testify that the old skull fracture exists and has the Xrays and cat scan to prove it. Ruth says Brian did discipline the child and caused a seperate wound.

NBC says that legal experts agree that the Christines made about every wrong move during the one year period after the kids were put into protective custody. This is the time period that the Grant's Pass crowd was advising them on how to handle the situation. Ruth or Steele did not deny that they refused evaluations and refused to cooperate.
