Schools are being asked to be honest and accountable I don't have a problem with this. If someone is making duplicates of Microsoft products when they know they shouldn't, they deserve to be busted for it. What I do have a problem with is the coercion of requiring theoretical legal perfection or else mucho payola.

I've already provided a link to the Microsoft education licensing page which disproves that contention. So, I suggest you go off and find proof rather than make wild-ass accusations that you can't back up...

As I have pointed out, the law can be pushed to the point of absurdity. Supposed you were busted for each time you violated a traffic law. You'd be without a driver's license in a matter of weeks. Hey it's the law! Don't complain! We're not in a banana republic!
This is about juice. Not about fairness.
