These "abstinence plus" programs are popping up all over in an effort to get federal dollars restricted to abstinence programs. The only thing they have even vaguely resembling "abstinence" is the word in the title.

Thanks for posting this. More people need to become aware of this growing sleight of hand. It's a deliberate deception sponsored by the likes of Planned Parenthood.
