Don't you dare try to tell me what " European perceptions " were about the Jews ; especialy NOT in Hungary ! I ask, yet again : WHERE DID YOU GET THE INFO FROM ?

Where YOU living there back then ; have relatives , in Hungary, who have told you ? If not, then what book/s source this data ? I had family living in Hungary ( until WW II and 1956 ... not since the latter date, that I know of ) and have a great number of books about Hungary / Hungarian history. Through personal annecdotal history ( family & friends of the family ) , as well as through well respected authors, your " facts " have been thoroughly and utterly refuted. Oh, and before you want to tell me abot the very few who were anti-Semitic there, ever , yes, there were some; just as there were / are the same ( if not more ) here in America. It was NOT ; however , state instituted, nor even common place, in Hungary, as it was for millenia, in other European countries ! You paint with fallacious and spurious words AND too damned broad a brush .

Either quote from and tell me your sources, or stop trying to talk about things that exist ONLY in your own mind !

Here's a little factoid for you , dear ... Before WW II , Budapest , had one of THE largest and wealthiest Jewish Temples in ALL the world, which was the rival of any MAJOR Catholic cathedral ; not to mention the many other Jewish houses of worship in that city and throughout the country. Yeah, right, that's because Hungary was oh sooooooooooooooo anti-Semitic ! ( / sarcasm )

The above info ( mius my sarcastic remark ) comes directly from a 1925 Baedeker's suggestions on things to see and descriptions of IMPORTANT / interesting landmarks, in Budapest. Put THAT in the pipe you're smoking and making you hallucinate.

You don't understand the meaning of the word " kowtow ". Get a dictionary and a tutor. Though a " foreign " word, kowtow has been fully understood , by most Americans ( gee, absent from class, the day it was covered, Justin ) , for a rather long time.

Just which country / countries is supposedly being kowtowed to ? Hmmmmmm ... beauty may be in the eye of the beholder ; however , your obtuse, blind biases, only distort facts, as far as you and a few other benighted individuals are concerned.
