I remember a girl I used to work with some 10 years ago had 3 little kids under five years of age(one older and younger twins). The oldest child used to sleepwalk all the time and one night he managed to climb on a couch and unlock and unchain the front door and wander outside across the street in the middle of the night. A police car saw him, woke the little guy up and he showed them where he lived. I remember the mother telling us that she told the policemen and a later social worker that the little guy was doing a lot of acting out (sleep walking, disobeying, being mean to his younger brothers) ever since her husband walked out on them and she was worried about him. Later I remember that they took the little guy and put him in a psychiatric home and wanted her to give permission to them to give the little guy an anti-psychotic? Tranxene I think it was, which she was totally against due to its side effects, and from that moment they tried to get her parental rights terminated. I don't know what the outcome was because I moved to a different state and she went to a different job.

I knew a woman who was injured at work when she slipped and fell on a stairway.  That night she was miserable and her husband took her to Emergency Services at the hospital.  The medical personnel asked the husband to wait outside and then told the woman that they would protect her from him and she should file a complaint against him for abuse and they would back her up and get her help.  She said they really pressured her.  They had it in their heads that he had done it, and nothing she said would convince them otherwise.  She and her husband left finally but she indicated it felt more like they escaped.

That kind of thing happens regularly when children and adults are injured in real accidents.  The system is set-up to find fault with whomever they want to find fault, "guilty until proven innocent."  Once in the system's clutches/computers/claws, it is extremely difficult to break free.  Their once-size-fits-all justice is not justice, it is fascism.

It is imperative that people evaluate their own actions to protect themselves from being falsely accused.

I think it was the night before last, I was half paying attention to the news about Israel on the Alan Keyes show and he mentioned a judge who said he would not prosecute a parent who burned their 5 year old child's hand with a gas stove flame to punish their 5 year old child for stealing a piece of gum! Alan Keyes went to a commercial and I said, The judge probably gave the parent a multicultural pass because he's from some other country and worships some pagan gods. Sure enough, that was the reason. I didn't catch what country the child torturer was from, but the judge said that "we have to take their cultural differences into account".
