Why is it that the Dems put their hard lefties on Intelligence? Jay Rockefeller? Feinswine (whose hubby has most of his investments in Red China?)

Joebuck, I don't think he's a bad man in any conceivable way - in fact I know he's a father to the max and a devout man. But, he's a fully tenured member of the Old "Boy's" Club there on the hill and he's moving and grooving through that Washington media/political power elite scene. It's not a safe place to be between Orren and a camera. I really wish some of these guys, from both parties, would cycle out of there soon. The Senate cannot control themselves fiscally - it's a bartering system that just ratchets up the spending.

With Feinstein having briefings on our highest levels of national security information, is it any small wonder why California is a hotbed of foreign agent activity? DUH!

"What a oxymoron".
Agreed... here is another:."But many people think it came from a Democrat with intelligence access."

You're right. Who ever heard of a DemocRAT with access to any intelligence????A funny joke, but dont underestimate their ability despite there obvious intellectual shortfall. This is the third scandal the dems have tried to foment;the fact that its obvious to 94% of the people surveyed(source-FoxNews) feel that this is politically motivated, doesnt deter Dasshole,Gephart,et al.They will stop at nothing to combat a 70% approval rating.

I'll tell you what I think John, I think this has something to do with Crusader. There's a lot of money tied up in that project, and some of those people don't fight fair. No, I don't think think the good senator from OK had anything to do with it, but I DO think a lot of money circulated around DC to find any little tidbit they could to blackmail Bush with.

Thanks for the list. It confirms Diver Dave's claim yesterday that Alcee Hastings resigned from the House intel committee a few weeks ago. Such a resignation in mid-term would be highly unusual. I wonder what made him quit.
To: McGavin999
Inhofe and JC Watts have been furious over the Crusader issue-JC refused to meet with President Bush, when he came to the Hill on Wed. I hate to think it,but his name leapt out at me, as well as the usual Dem suspects.

"One Democratic aide, with knowledge of both the committee's and the President's briefing "!!!! How in the heck, is a Democratic aide going to know what went on, in a top security briefing to the President ?? Ari kept saying at this week's press conferences ,that he was not privy to the President's briefings, but an anonymous Democrat aide somehow knows what was told to the President!

"There is really nothing to leak. There is no story to this. The real story is the FBI's failure to provide the president and intelligence community with adequate information," Mr. Shelby said. Bump.

Edwards, Condit, Gephardt, Daschle - the usual list of critters and not one of them can be trusted.
I'm sure CBS confirmed something with their source before it aired. If that wasn't done, they would open themselves up to looking like bigger fools than they already are.
It was a designed leak and it's only purpose was to cause damage in time for the next election.

Bones, thanks for this list:
Everyone of the Rats listed below has and would use secrets to harm America to enrich their pockets or for political gain:
DEMOCRATS
Bob Graham, Florida (Chairman); Carl Levin, Michigan; John D. Rockefeller, West Virginia; Dianne Feinstein, California; Ron Wyden, Oregon; Richard J. Durbin, Illinois; Evan Bayh, Indiana; John Edwards, North Carolina; Barbara Mikulski, Maryland
This is not the first time that this group of Rats has been involved in leaking data since 9/11. They leaked data early before and during one of our SpecOps actions in the early phases of the Afghanistan action this year. That leak put our men at peril!
In days of old (during the 1960's to the 1970's) there was an old intel joke about Rat Senators even then. Never trust a Rat senator with anymore data than: "What is the price to buy a penny postcard?"
They never held a secret then nor now. Every investigation they had, resulted in the exposure of how we ran our secret intell groups and endangered our men/agents involved in protecting our country.
