May 2002 : Elgindy is arrested in San Diego in May, 2002, along with FBI agents Jeffrey Royer and Lynn Wingate. Government prosecutors claim the FBI agents were using their FBI positions to feed him inside information on various corporations. They also claim Elgindy had foreknowledge about the 9/11 attacks.
From the excerpts above, take note of Amr Elgindy's brother Khaled Elgindy, and Khaled's affiliation with a group called the "International Relief Association," which was a group bucking sanctions in the delivery of 'humanitarian aid' to Iraq. Note also that Khaled participated in the delivery of aid in May 1998 via this organization.
This organization participates in a somewhat gallowaylike "Mariam Appeal" charity where Iraqi kids are brought to the US for medical help.
Be advised that "International Reflief Association" has apparently changed its name to "Life for Relief and Development"
