As you can no doubt tell, I am a little bitter about some of my experiences in Texas, and have also watched some of your posts to other people this week, and am on my guard.

I just give what I receive. I love debate OTH I also enjoy a mud fight if that is the order of the day. I really don't care.

Well, the thread certainly reflects the way a lot of people feel, and there was no intent on my part to offend anyone in the military.

It was worth it for the baby graphic, if nothing else.

And I do think people should pray for Bush.

That was the main reason I posted it.

He needs it, and so do we.

Actually, this wasn't a vanity, so you're innocent of any such charge.

But Jim Robinson, in one of his many exhortations against meaningless posts not long ago, mentioned not posting email stuff. Email is NOT a credible source, if you stop and think about it.

Far better to do a teensy bit of research on any topic such an email covers, and then if you really do find something newsworthy, post from a reputable source.

Rush Limbaugh has said from time to time, about getting fifty gazillion emails on the same topic like this: "There's some sort of psychological quirk about receiving email. Everyone thinks they're the first to have seen it, when in fact they may be seeing something that has been floating around on the 'net for YEARS..."
