That's pretty funny coming from a group of people who turn everything into rants against Satan -- such as evolution, homosexuality, immigration, abortion, all other religions (or lack thereof), women voting, pool halls and dancing.

I find it amusing that atheists think they can argue logic. Part of arguing logic is being able to understand the point of what someone wrote. Not once did I use the Past or Present to justify anything, I was making a point about settled law and showing that homosexuals such as yourself are wrong when they try to establish a protection under law for their behavior.

My point was spelled out in case law, that Homosexuality is not a right protected by the Constitution, and I was making a point that this is not new law, but is law that extends back some time in history.

So it is you who is trying to change the subject in order to look smarter than you really are.
