The Swedish government is moving toward prohibiting Christians from voicing biblical positions on issues.

Translation: The Swedish government is moving toward prohibiting the free exercise of religion and speech which isn't sanctioned by the government.

The only reason this hasn't happened here, yet, is because we have a Constitution which protects both freedom of speech and the free exercise of religion, and even THEN the politicians in Washington find ways around that, supported by the Supreme Court which somehow manages to interpret everything BUT the Constitution. It won't be very long before America follows in Sweden's footsteps. Seems as if the world's growing more insane day by day.

Sweden has become almost as big a joke as France--the liberal idiots have taken over the country.

A friend of mine was a missionary in Sweden for six years during the 90's. He said the taxes there are so high, disposable incomes are very small.When he returned from Sweden to the U.S. he marvelled at stores like WalMart (LOL) which sell SIX different kinds of laundry soap, fifteen kinds of shampoo, eight kinds of deodorant.

I asked him why he was so impressed by (of all things) Wal Mart, and he said, "You don't understand--they don't have big stores with the shelves filled with large varieties of goods in Sweden. There just isn't enough disposable income floating around to keep stores like Wal Mart in business."

And anyway, what the h*ll are Sweden's accomplishments besides Volvos and lutefisk? Socialism and stupidity go hand in hand.......

I hear ya! I am one of those 3d generation Americans whose grandparents were born and imigrated from Sweden. For that, I am eternally greatful! I have told several people, if they had not left, I would have. This article is nothing new, I have already heard of a Swedish pastor who was jailed for speaking from Romans Chapter 1 and also on the destruction of Sodom and Gommorah. They already have the censorship in place.
