What can I say? I'm an optimist. I have great hopes that there is being raised in America a generation of trustworthy people, and not a damned one of them lives anywhere near a large city. I see two possibe futures coming down the line: One, my optimist outlook, involves the next generation being of higher moral fiber than all of the liberal marxists/feminists/hippies/flower children who've been raping our nation for 100 years.

(The other scenario involves a civil war waged between the two disparate and irreconcilable areas of our nation: The rural midwest/western states versus the marxist, liberal Eastern and Western coasts. I prefer not to try and think about this possible scenario, but it's there anyway.)

After perusing your comments in the Forum, our conversation is over. You are a person of low moral caliber, not worthy of debate. Our views are widely apart on this issue, and no amount of verbal turpitude between us will change this. Suffice to say, I am a believer in the notion that people are free to watch what they will. I also FIRMLY believe that people have the ABSOLUTE right to protest that which they detest. You're just as free to demean, revile, and slander Christian commentators as WE are to do the same to the Lavender Mafia. To presume that we are not given the same RIGHTS OF PROTEST as you have is idiotic.

I, for one, am glad the Nickelodeon is not following the draconian teachings of the Catholic Church and beginning to accept all lifestyles.

I think copulating with goats is forbidden by the horribly cruel teachings of the Catholic Church, but am looking forward to the next Nickelodeon special covering this and all other lifestyles. Can't wait for the threesomes episode.

Ellerbee, in the show's introduction, says, ``The following program is about tolerance ... It is not about sex. It does not tell you what to think.''

So, maybe the program "is not about sex", per se. But if it "is about tolerance" then it DOES "tell you what to think".

I might have known it would take a post like this to bring
the Catholic-bashers out! It's getting old now. Besides, there
are these certain ministers in other religions too. There's a lot
of them in 'liberal' churches as well. We've got a good deal
of 'straight' priests in our church too. Enough is enough!

Make sure you wear your Christian theamed shirts for the upcoming Gay Pride Day on June 24th. Encourage others to do the same. Counter protest is a wonderful thing.
