The International Criminal Court is technically not part of the United Nations. It is an international treaty between countries of the world. When it was ratified by 60 countries it became a part of international law.
Article 126Take heed. This will be the method used to establish the rest of the branches of the world government. It neatly bypassed the veto power of the Security Council. The US could not stop it from being created or ratified.Entry into force
1. This Statute shall enter into force on the first day of the month after the 60th day following the date of the deposit of the 60th instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
2. For each State ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Statute after the deposit of the 60th instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Statute shall enter into force on the first day of the month after the 60th day following the deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

Where did you hear that?
It's called the Oath of Enlistment:
"I DO SOLEMNLY SWEAR (OR AFFIRM) THAT I WILL SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC; THAT I WILL BEAR TRUE FAITH AND ALLEGIANCE TO THE SAME; AND THAT I WILL OBEY THE ORDERS OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE ORDERS OF THE OFFICERS APPOINTED OVER ME, ACCORDING TO REGULATIONS AND THE UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE. SO HELP ME GOD."
She would call them re-education camps.
I like your profile page, except the part about a ten year term for the president. Ten years of Clinton? We'd never find our way back.
Thank you. We had eight years of Clinton. How big a difference is two more years? Gore almost got elected. That would have made it twelve. It would also mean ten years of men like Reagon. Ten years would reduce the amount of campaigning and therefore reduce the need for PACs. The president would be able to settle into the job and not think about campaigning for re-election. We could still impeach bad presidents.
I would also change the way elections are handled to make them more state oriented. I haven't figured out how to word it yet. It'll get posted eventually.
