Thanks so much. She is doing well and continues to improve each day. The most difficult part of all of this, for her, is adjusting to being dependent on other people. She doesn't want to be a 'burden'. As we have told her, over and over, a person who has been a blessing to us all of our lives can never be a burden.

The prayers and concern of such caring people on FR mean so much to her, and to us!

More rain headed our way, but I'm sidelined anyway, and might take advantage of the chance to nap later.

Thursday, the 16 staples were pulled out of the incision on my arm, healing well, and a neat fiberglass cast put on from armpit to the base of the fingers.
It was great to have it unencumbered for a few minutes and scratch while I could..:))

The swelling is finally diminishing.
