[history]
Anheuser-Busch - the brewery that makes Budweiser and Bud Light - announced yesterday it will be raising prices.
The increase, which Bud makers hope will raise profits, takes effect Oct. 1.
But some longtime Bud drinkers aren't swallowing the news too well.

Stick with a real beer like Yuengling Lager or Black & Tan.
Bud-wizzer too tiring to drink, too many trips to drain the dragon.

PING! Stick with the inports!

Uh, yeah. That's imports...

American microbrews cannot be beat. Price/value? Nothing else comes close, especially if you scramble.

"Stick with a real beer like Yuengling Lager or Black & Tan." Amen! I've been drinking Yuengling almost exclusively for about 4 years now. It's America's oldest brewery, located in Pottsville, PA.

Amen! I've been drinking Yuengling almost exclusively for about 4 years now. It's America's oldest brewery, located in Pottsville, PA. Best beer around, if you ask me. The only other beer I drink is Bass.

I'm too lazy to try out others. You can be the taste tester and let me know what to switch to. LOL

Quit Drinking!

People shouldn't drink swill anyway. Bud is to beer as mud is to pie.

I can get Hamm's for about $9.00 a case in PA, and its drinkable. Get Yuengling or Rolling Rock for those special occasions.

$9.00 a case? And it's drinkable?

He's delusional.

LOL. Thanks. I was leaning to that diagnosis myself.

Try Saranac....The trail mix(6 beers, 4 varieties) is good, the Belgian white ale better.
(I will miss the extra alcohol in the Bud Ice though....bummer)

HAMMS, now that's my kind of beer. I usually drink that. If I want to really impress my girl I get some coors light.
I quit drinking bud products a few years ago when I learned they were big on gun control and gay rights. I dropped them like a used rubber and haven't looked back.

Stick with a real beer like Schneider's Weisse or Maisel's Weisse. Yingyang has that Central PA aftertaste about it.
