New attack on Dr. Laura Schlessinger by homosexual activists

SPECIAL REPORT and ACTION

New attack on Dr. Laura Schlessinger by homosexual activists

THE SITUATION

Despite their demands for "tolerance," it appears that none are more intolerant than homosexual activists. Their intolerance is made increasingly apparent by their continued attacks on the popular talk show hostess Dr.Laura Schlessinger.

The latest effort by these radical activists is an attempt to force the Southern California Placement Committee (SCPC) to cancel Dr. Laura as a guest speaker at this month's conference. The SCPC represents numerous child placement agencies in California, including the Department of Children's Services and Public Social Services. Their focus is helping children.

According to sources at SCPC, Dr. Laura was chosen as a keynote speaker because of her efforts to help children, including foster children. One of her projects includes what she calls her "My Stuff Bags." This campaign was started in response to pleas from crisis centers around the country, and provides bags with personal items for children who have been removed from abusive homes. Often, these children are forced to leave with no personal possessions; alone and afraid, they have nothing to call their own, nothing to cuddle. Dr. Schlessinger's bags provide "blankies," stuffed animals and other items to help ease the children's disrupted lives.

An insider at SCPC said that numerous organizations they work with often report that they find empty "My Stuff" bags at their centers. Dr. Laura is providing a useful service and SCPC would like to hear about her efforts.

Unfortunately, there are still some intolerant and extremist homosexual activists who place their own selfish and distorted animosity toward this woman above any attempts by her and service organizations, whose only goal is to help children, from learning from each other and sharing information. Two of those people, Robin Tyler and Andy Thayer, who headed the Dr. Laura TV protest, are now calling on gays and lesbians to inundate the following people in an effort to pressure them to cancel Dr. Laura's appearance at the September 20 event.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

CRI is asking you to support SCPC and their decision to have Dr. Laura address this month's conference. Please contact the following people with encouragement and urge them not to cave in to irrational demands by people who aren't interested in what is best for children, but who are more intent on their own narrow political agenda.

Greg Dinsmore (co-chair of the conference): DINSMOR@co.riverside.ca.us or call Mr. Dinsmore at: (909) 487-2674 x 228.

Rita Saenz (SCPC): Rita.Saenz@dss.ca.gov

The homosexual activists are the least tolerant group of all and they want to push their agenda on heterosexuals who have NO interest in it!

Dr. Laura does a great service, daily saying to a large audience what so many of us have been saying for years, often to deaf ears. She deserves to keep any & all speaking gigs she gets -- more people need to hear her and realize the world does not actually operate the way the rainbow utopians wish it would.

I wonder if these homosexual activists realize that they are the primary reason that most of us must resist their agenda at every level?

But, then again, the pro-homo cheerleaders on FR actually think they are 'enlightening' us poor folk!

These are really pathetic people.

"Gayism is the most dangerous ideology in the world today. It is NOT leftism, socialism etc., but far more insidious. They will not rest until every child in this country is created in a test tube from the DNA of two sperm and given to homosexual couples to be raised gay. They will ban the scriptures and drag believers off to reeducation camps. God gave Noah a rainbow with seven colors, but they only know six." Bump to that! And welcome aboard Puppus!

Thanks for the information, BE. Compare Dr. Laura's books with that of Ann Hache; yet, the Hache interview outdid Condit's in the ratings. We have lots of work to do.
