Declaration Foundation Statement on Bombing
Declaration Foundation ^ | 9/11/2001 | Richard Ferrier

FROM THE PRESIDENT'S DESK

Fellow Americans

Like many of you, I awoke to the terrible news of the destruction in New York City, followed by the attack on the Pentagon and the hijacked airliner that crashed in Pennsylvania.

Now is a time for all us to unite in support of President Bush and our other national leaders, to remember what unites us, and to give comfort and prayers for the victims of these crimes. We will be posting news of these events, and of the national response to them, as we get it.

May the Almighty watch over America in these days of crisis.

Dr. Richard Ferrier
President, Declaration Foundation

"I awoke to the terrible news ..."     Obviously this guy needs a real job. The rest of Americans were already up for at least an hour before the plane hit the World Trade Center.

What kind of person can't resist giving a cheap shot at a time like this?

I believe Richard lives on the West Coast.

Obviously this guy needs a real job.

Obviously you need a real brain. 9 o'clock EDT is 6 o'clock PDT.

rdf is a tenured professor and has been for close to a quarter of a century. In addition he runs the Declaration Foundation out of a small home office.

How do you account for not realizing that the first terrorist attack took place before 6 o'clock PDT? How do you account for not only displaying your ignorance but needing to do so in this manner at this time?

Thanks guys. Geez, isn't it bad enough to be attacked by madmen without going on to attack each other?

Here is a link to the latest from the Declaration foundation.

"President's Desk

I expect to be changing it by 6 PM [PDT ... :)]
