This is my last request for help. I am no longer in Illinois and I need some help for someone to take over the www.durbin2002.net website name that I've acquired. I need someone who really understands the issues of freedom and the constitution (Dan Rather need not apply), from Illinois and able to get things technically in place to have this website up and running. Nobody responded and now Illinoians may get stuck with another 6 years of disastrous leadership in the US Senate. Please help!!

I'd be willing to spend some time this weekend designing a base page. I have no flash skills, nor java to speak of, but I can do lots of HTML wizardry.
If we can also accumulate some material to post on the web page, we can do this fairly quickly and without too much work. We can always put the little construction guy on there, permanently ;)
A couple of questions stand out in my mind: Are there any ongoing costs to this adventure? Are there any federal or state restrictions about disclosure we need to worry about?
