Just a quick and dirty post...
I'm watching Fox News this morning as I'm getting ready for work. The news of the day is scrolling across the bottom and I notice a bit that says...
...terrorists may be infected and infect others by merely mingling with them....
I had to leave for work before it scrolled past again.
Question: What's the story on this?? Who is the source? What's going on?

I read that lastnight , and I waited about 1/2 hour to read it again. No other details and no one was talking about it. This is what scares me the most. I am looking for more info as well.

Saw it - they're saying terrorists, oops, I mean "alleged" terrorists (gotta be PC here) might infect themselves with stuff like anthrax and simply "walk among us" to spread the disease. SICK, but possible - especailly when ne does not appreciate life.

Brilliant. While we're all getting stuck with new ineffective airport security procedures designed to waste hours of our time without result, the terrorists are moving onto phase 2 to create panic in the streets.
Wasn't there a movie about this a few years ago?

I heard that someplace but I can't remember where (I am news saturated). I also saw on a Fox banner that Houston & another city were also targeted on 9-11. Do they mean with a plane or some other way. Any one know?

Any idea who or what Fox is sourcing on that?

Anthrax is not contagious. Supposedly all that remains of smallpox is two samples, under guard in Russia and Atlanta. Plague, I suppose, would be the choice if one were to use this method of delivery.

Not necessarily. Has any one on here watched that classic Mission Impossible episode "The Carriers?" Which depicted enemy "sleeper" agents infected unknowingly with a deadly disease that would put them in contact with hundreds of people every day and so kill thousands through simple human contact. That was fiction back in the 60s. Now it looks like life could very well imitate art. Biowarfare is in our future and if it isn't here now its will be very soon.

I also saw on a Fox banner that Houston & another city were also targeted Not sure where the info came from, but I've heard it on more than one news source. Apparently Houston (oil companies), Seattle, San Fran, Chicago, Atlanta and Boston were targets on 9/11 but grounding the planes stopped the attacks.
