The evidence against Lotfi Raissi seemed pretty damning. The Algerian pilot had allegedly given flying instructions to four of the suspected hijackers in the suicide attacks on New York and Washington. Clinton's administration made the spies not have any human rights violations, and look where that landed America. Where we are today. The spy business is dirty and messy.
