White lion cubs play on their first day out

Two newborn white lion cubs play on their first day out on Friday,
Oct. 5, 2001, in the Safaripark in Stukenbrock, Germany. The rare
lions were born on Aug. 22, 2001, in the park, where they are number
10 and 11 in the only breeding program for white lions in Europe,
which was founded in 1996 by park director Fritz Wurms and Las Vegas
illusionists Siegfried & Roy. White lions were found for the first
time in 1987 in South Africa. Today there are only 50 white lions in
the world; because of their brightcolor, the animals are less likely
to survive in the wilderness.

I sure do remember Kimba the White Lion...Disney swiped the entire storyline to make "The Lion King."

I thought the Lion King was the absolutely worst Disney movie. The music was lame, the story was worse. Not even the best animated graphics could save it.
