Frankly, I was surprised that yesterday's initial attack was so mild. 50 cruise missiles and about 30 aircraft was mouse knuckles compared to what is needed. Overwhelming force should be on deck...

Depends on what the goal was. If they took out some or most of the Taliban's significant defenses, then maybe it was all they needed.

The Taliban cave-Nazis appear to to have fired several SAM's that just keep going and going but don't hit anything. If they keep firing off all that ammo, the cave-Nazis might hit a camel in the butt.

(CBS) The U.S. and Great Britain began a second day of attacks over Afghanistan Monday, one day after cruise missile targeted 30 command-and-control targets in the Texas-sized nation controlled by the militant Taliban.
Anti-aircraft fire was heard over Kabul Monday night. CBS News has learned the naval aircraft will take part in the second wave.
