WASHINGTON -- Writing the last chapter in the $60 million criminal investigation of the Clintons, prosecutors filed a final report on the president's conduct in the Monica Lewinsky scandal.
Independent Counsel Robert Ray's report went to the panel of three federal appeals judges that has supervised the wide-ranging investigation of the Clintons since 1994.
The judges are keeping the report confidential until at least Jan. 11 to give Clinton and others named in it time to offer written rebuttals.

Guess that answers my question.

Mrs. Clinton's work remained a mystery until her law firm billing records turned up -- under still-unexplained circumstances _ in the White House in 1996, two years after they were subpoenaed.
Where are the pictures?

A billmaher moment indeed.
A few seconds later, Maher topped himself. "When [Clinton] disputed the word 'is,'" he opined, it was "the shining moment" of his presidency.

"The judges are keeping the report confidential until at least Jan. 11 to give Clinton and others named in it time to offer written rebuttals." Obviously they are guilty, or they wouldn't need to write a rebuttal. What? Are they going to deny that they are innocent?

Big question during this time of national resolve: who cares? Those of us who still think it matters when a president, an administration and a political party commit treason, blackmail, perjury, obstruction of justice, abuse of the FBI, abuse of the IRS, abuse of the military, voter fraud, campaign finance illegalities, murder and mass murder ... to name just a few of the crimes. Sadly very few now seem to think it does. DemocRATS and Republicans alike would rather just MOVE ON.

Mrs. clinton still has a lot of explaining to do but you won't discover the mainstream media asking the questions.
My prognostication still stands. The clintons will soon self-destruct right before our eyes and we will be left with only the memory of two of the most corrupt people to ever hold high office in this country.

Big question during this time of national resolve: who cares? Agreed, it will be one big white wash anyway. Ray and Starr are nothing but Clinton shills.

Bury it in the past, as what was going on before the war.
Now everyone is flag waving so break it to them now, quite clever.
When the war is over we will still have to disasemble the central government, returning power to the states!
50 years from now those of us who are left will learn the truth about the closed door impeachment hearings.
Especially how the Senate decided that it was in the countries best interests, with war breaking out in eastern Europe to keep the truth from the people and avoid national collapse.
With the events that have unfolded we should have known what they were up to, even those of us who were less as much asleep!
GODSPEED!

Sure. Keep bringing out the dirt.
Remember Hillary's presidential ambitions.
We could use a little more exposure to all of this, for Americas sake.
Voters should not be allowed to forget, so they don't make the same mistake twice!

So
that's what this war is all about!

Ray decided there was not enough evidence to prove that Clinton or his wife, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., broke the law in connection with Whitewater or the failed Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan operated by their business partners. In other words, the Klintons had blackmail material on Ray or his bosses, or they had blackmail material on people who applied political pressure. The blackmail material probably came from the FBI files that the Klintons illegally have/had.
It's really sad that Congress pooh-poohed everything that Klinton did because the vast majority of them were dirty enough to be blackmailed and they care more about adding to their vast multi-millionaire fortunes than they do about what's right and what isn't.

Sadly very few now seem to think it does. Sadly, this group who doesn't care seems to include Bush-2 and Janet Ashcroft.
