There’s no legal support for that position. The immunity, such as it is, applies only to official acts. None of the charges for which he was convicted were official acts. They were personal acts, which the law distinguishes at all levels.

The FBI has over 10,000 agents, and Homeland Security has over 80,000 officers and agents. In time of Martial Law, the National Guard or even the US Army can and has been deployed.
The majority of the country is not really conservative in practice. This is a pipe dream in the heat of this moment. We’d have to significantly amend or abandon the Constitution for anything like this to work.
The state is under no legal obligation to release Trump from custody or house arrest, even if he’s somehow elected in November. There’s no legal mechanism for springing him just to assume office.
You should be really careful about anything that might be interpreted as a threat against the judge, unless you want to become part of the story yourself. Don’t think we’re not being watched here, or that our identities are forever secret.
If Trump somehow manages to win the election, he won’t be able to get any of his appointees confirmed by the Senate. We should be worried about the kind of Republican bloodbath that happened in the election after Watergate.
