Two hundred innocents killed? I do not believe this. However, the news media quotes the Hamas Health Ministry like it is all true and with no questions. If you are in an apartment building and hear gunfire in the building are you going to hide in your apartment or run into the hallways where the firing is coming from? If you are an innocent civilian outside are you going to run toward the gunfire or run away?

Remember the 500 innocent civilians Israel killed at the hospital with rockets? It was a Hamas rocket that failed and hit the hospital parking lot. It was not 500 it was less than 20 and Hamas did it. That hospital was use as a base of operations for Hamas. Israel knew this. Under the rules of war per Geneva Conventions Israel had the legal right to level that hospital. Israel did not as they are a compassionate nation. Sometimes too compassionate.

HAMAS LIES HAMAS LIES HAMAS LIES and our media lies by repeating their lies without verification of the facts.

It should also be noted that when a military uses civilian areas as a base for operations, the rules of war per Geneva Conventions are no longer apply. You can kill civilians as collateral damage and still not violate the rules of war.

If you are not willing to kill your enemy and all that stand with him surrender, for he has already defeated you.

If I am an innocent civilian I sure as hell would run away from a fire fight, not to it!

Quit killing Israelis, quit raping Israelis, quit burning babies in ovens, quit launching rockets into Israel, quit kidnapping Israelis, give up the hostages and surrender and Israel will stop killing you.

A better question is why we did not help? Some of those hostages are American Citizens.

Schadenfreude is a bitch.

If the verdict is not tossed judge Merchan has two choices in sentencing. He can sentence Trump to jail or not. Merchan will select which is most harmful to Trump. The real hell of it is, if he puts Trump in jail it may be the final verdict that elects Donald Trump. Merchan has no good choices.

Merchan and this trial will go down in history as the prime example of judicial misconduct to be studied long after he is gone if our nation survives as a constitutional republic of justice. It may not.

It is not a bad way for an old pilot and astronaut to check out. Doing what you love to the last is pretty damn good. God’s winds will waft your wings and you home.

Per the video the aircraft went in at about 80 degrees of vertical. There are few explanations for this.

1. Suicide which is extremely unlikely.
2. Mechanical failure of elevator also somewhat unlikely. If this had failed he would never had gotten airborne. Even if it failed and went to neutral the craft would not have gone in at 80 degrees. Engine failure would not account for this crash.
3. Incapacitation of the pilot that then leaned forward on the stick or yoke. Most probable.

For myself I hope it was simply mechanical failure. I do not think it was.

If you can pass the medical and the Flight Review every two years you can fly. Our chief flying instructor at our club is in his early 80s. I am 76 and had to hang it up as an instructor due to heart problems. I am still very competent but if the heart went wrong in the air I could kill my student, myself, and wreck a perfectly good aircraft. Oddly I can still do flight reviews with a current pilot. He is Pilot in Command. I can no longer instruct.

I worked in the medical field for many years as a professional. If each person that violated HIPPA was in jail you would have few doctors, nurses, pharmacists etc. I do not even know if this doctor violated HIPPA. He probably has but not in relationship to transgender surgery. He would know to be very careful in this area as it is fraught with political crazies.

I have sat a table discussing cases, you can do this. Once you identify the patient with another that is not involved with his treatment, you just violated HIPPA. I have had calls from other hospitals wanting to know what drugs a patient is on that is in their emergency room. I could not answer directly as I did not really know who was on the phone. I would ask for the name of the doctor calling and immediately call that hospital’s emergency room and ask for that doctor. I could then give him any information, history, drugs history etc. without violating HIPPA. We had an official policy at my VA Hospital that all that information should come from the records department. This does not work for prompt information. The above was my work around to get the information to the doctor and not get in trouble. It worked.

It should be noted that the vast majority of pre-pubecent children that identify with the opposite sex do not once post puberty. To do a sex change on those children is mutilation. Once a person is 18 they are considered an adult. What they do with their bodies is their decision but not before. What the hell happened to the Hippocratic Oath of medical practice. I played with dolls and played doctor when I was a child. That is what girls liked. I liked girls and just put up with the charade. My next door neighbor friend was a Tom Boy. The real proof of that lie is India. India has 4 times the population of the USA. It had about the same number of deaths from Covid. It should have been 4 times more. India used HCQ and Ivermectin, and antibiotics, and stopped the pandemic. Those drugs are dirt cheap. Big Pharma made billions. Millions of lives were lost needlessly.

I am a pharmacist and at one time respected big pharma for their advances in drug therapy which has saved millions of lives. If Pfizer, Merck, Glaxo, SKF etc. said it we believed it. Sadly this is no longer true.

Actually that is not correct. North Korea with the assistance of China's support and later in the war actual troops and Russian pilots had pushed us back into a small corner of South Korea, "The Pusan Perimeter." We then pushed them back and would have taken the whole penisula and they knew it therefor they then negotiated.

We should have listened to General MacArthur. He wanted to take the whole damn thing. Truman fired him but oddly correctly though it was a bad decision.

The sad part about the Korean War is the great loss of American lives that were needlessly lost. We had atomics. Russia had atomics but in far inferior numbers and quality. They would have declined to go to atomic warfare with us at that time. We should have used atomics on North Korea.

Many ex air force American, British, German, Norwegian, Dutch, Italian etc. Pilots are no longer in their respective Air Force. There is a job waiting for you in the Ukraine. Give them a few weeks behind the stick and they would be up to combat level again. I suspect the pay would be very good. I know the danger would be great.

Johnathan Turley is a rare liberal. He is a constitutionalist and calls balls and strikes like he sees them, not based on his liberal beliefs. If I were a criminal and in court I would not want Turley as my judge. He will call it justly. If I were in court but innocent, I would want Turley as the judge. He will rule justly not politically. Much the same can be said of Alan Desroshowitz.

Who is running the White House? It is not Biden. Obama’s prior staff are imbeded in the White House today. They know Biden will be a loser and probably want him gone. Biden’s wife seems to cling to the power of the presidency via her incoherent husband, Joe. I would suspect there is a great power struggle in the White House today between Jill Biden and the staff.

However, the most important question is who really is charge of going to nuclear war. Pray that it is not Joe Biden.
