You seem not to realize that under the law, D’Souza’s production company had the right to the chain of custody records for the ballots of Andrews’ family members.

We remember all the attempts by Raffensperger to cover up election issues that demonstrate the election was stolen. Why would you trust anything coming out of that office after we see what he has already done?

The population of the USA increased since Obama in 2012. There were millions more eligible voters.

I dare say you will not likely find anyone on Free Republic that has a greater contempt for the court system than myself. Our court system has long ago become very dysfunctional and the law means whatever the Judge wants it to mean at any given time.

Years ago I heard on the radio an account of a man who having spent 17 years in prison being exonerate by DNA analysis. His DNA did not match that of the perpetrator, and he was therefore *NOT* the criminal. They convicted the wrong man.

Upon hearing this, I asked myself, "If the man didn't do it, how in hell did they prove he did?"

It should be impossible to "prove" a man committed a crime that he did not actually commit, yet here we have courts, time and again bungling trials and convicting innocent people of crimes.

If people respect "courts" and "judges", then they simply have no idea how incompetent and dysfunctional these institutions really are.

There are many different possible reasons for them to have behaved the way they did.

All of them highly improbable but one. The man was taking pictures to prove to his paymaster that he did it. That's the only one that makes sense of the event.

But this is only so long as the attention of the election riggers in the election office is not brought to bear on these particular ballot requests. They may have already changed the records to tie up this bit of loose end.

It might be possible to prove whether these "family members" really did request and filled out absentee ballots, but the whole thing smells unlikely.

Georgia had the ballots Andrews claimed to have submitted. They were turned in at the same time and location as his ballot. So there is confirming evidence of his statements.
