Can't understand the hostility here to Secretary Powell. Russert, McCain, Serpenthead, sure; but Powell has class and dignity and represents the USA well. Memories of Halfbright and old Sleepy remind me of how it used to be.
Musharef is a rare bird from the Middle East. He certainly is brave as demonstrated by his squelching of the violent opposition in Pakistan to the American intervention and he even appears to be honest. Hope he doesn't let us down.
It occurred to me last night that while the cowardly Usama cowered in his cave, the mighty Geroge W. Bush was out being cheered by a crowd of 55,000 as he threw a perfect pitch. Such a contrast.
What a colorful dose--love it. Your comments are a delight, thank you. Is that former klinton treasury secretary Rubin, smiling, posing for a photo with President Bush in the last pic of 14?
Thank you for these. The third one of #33 repeated in the fifth of #53 tear me up. There's a mountain of concern for what we have lost in that expression.

President Bush is the president of all Americans. His goal was to change the tone in Washington (greatly needed after eight toxic years) and we see evidence of his success every day.
Thank you for these wonderful photos...every one a Winner.
Remember that one of President Bush's goals was to set a different tone in Washington. Well, the disaster has united our Senators and Representatives in a way that has not been seen before----BUT it wouldn't be this extensive if President Bush had not been unfailingly and patiently polite to the RATS in spite of their hatefulness.
Outstanding work showing the President putting everything into building support and reassuring American citizens that he is in charge. The photos are lovely.
