Do you think NY illegally charged then convicted Trump for an expired misdemeanor charge which morphed into a felony for another unnamed and uncharged crime just to have him go on probation ?
I think I heard Levin say this conviction has to go to SCOTUS for appeal ASAP, or the rule of law in the USA is dead.
This is my understanding of Levin's comments :
The NY DA elevated the already dubious business record misstatement misdemeanor charges into felonies based on the claim that the misstatements were intentionally made to hide proof of a crime.
The crime that NY alleges Trump committed was misappropriating Federal campaign funds.
So (again as I understand it) NY convicted Trump with 30+ State felonies for alleging he violated Federal election laws, thus overstepping the Constitutional jurisdiction of the State, and this requires immediate intervention and reversal by SCOTUS to preserve Federalism.

I disagree. We have had "prompt engineering" in one form or another since computers started using non-machine language for code, such as Fortran, Cobol, C, SQL, Java, etc.
All of these "high level" programming languages are translated into machine code which a target computer can run, by the computer itself.
And in the case of Java, machine language can be generated on the fly while a program is running to optimize its performance.
