Destruction of ferry capabilities might be “crippling damage to the Kremlin’s war machine” if there was not already (a) a bridge, and more importantly (b) a connection via land by road (and maybe even rail but I am not sure about that). Actually, even that would not be crippling damage to a war machine that is not dependent on Crimea. These British newspapers are clownish - who dreams up their goofy articles? More worrisome, does the British public actually believe this stuff?
