Ok....Here’s my take and questions I have.

I have just read through the cnn article and local network articles from the area and amongst the hundreds of words and multitude of paragraphs info about the victims tragic ends from this sensless act made up the vast majority of the coverage while relevant and important info as to why someone pulled up and started shooting people he never knew for no reason. BUT i did glean that the killer wore a light blue shirt to sentencing and pulled up at waffle house and got out of his truck wearing nothing but a green jacket.

The dude either is an mkultra/monarch future school shooter who did not take the programming right. He got that adam lanza stare.
Or he is a very severe paranoid schizo who had no family or people in his close circle to take any steps to get him help or have him committed when it got bad.
In 2017 he tried to breach the white house to talk to Pres. Trump.
Like that kyle dude who hand delivered a manfesto that was actually very well composed which detailed the lizard people out to get him. Dude former combat vet marine then magdumped a pastor and main lizard people messing with Kyle. Took and old school 1911 and put 9 .45acp into the man at close range with several center mass and two to head.
Pastor not only survived he was out of the hospital in a few days. Pastor should not only be dead, there shouldnt have been much left of him.
Pastor is now an idaho state level politician. Dont remember senator or rep but was given the position because Awwwwwwww.

Anyway this dude killed these people because obviously batshit crazy which he cannot control at all. He shoudnt be allowed back out in polite society again however he himself had no control over this..
It’s tragic all the way around for him and the victims. But he is on the low portrayed as an evil white guy who murdered 4 diversity with an “evil assault rifle” because racism by every media article I read. When the truth is he batshit crazy. And thats not his fault.

My questions:
Why 8 counts murder for 4 victims. Do diversity count double now or something. I dont get it and never have I seen someone charged with more murder counts than actual dead people. Anyone know the why of 8 murder raps?

His level of crazy wasnt something that just popped up. Did he have no close family no friends or no coworkers that interacted enough with him daily to see this is coming and somehow committed or in a facility for people at this power level of crazy. Before he killed people?

Final thought: IMO there is some kind of trigger or something one of the outside victims did that is being omitted from media articles about this. Maybe they would see him at this waffle house when he came to heat or something. Maybe they just fucked with him or something. IDK. But shooting two outside which was clearly visible from those inside. Why didnt 2 inside jump over into waitress area and out back door? Why did he not shoot hero dude sitting at bar first before two in booth? He specifically wanted to kill those 4 and no one else. If just random crazy shooting he kills hero at bar first after walking inside. He was after those 4 for reasons who I bet were all in the same circle somehow.
The way too much “dindunuffin” innocent victim wailing and lack of real relevant facts left out because there was no room jn article because of said dindu nuffin wailing which included an aspiring rapper tells me there is more and it is being omitted.

I’m from Georgia, and spent all but 12 of my 52 years here. I have stayed out of this circus because there just ain’t no win to be had for my effort. However, I decided to lend some perspective for those of y’all judging the merits of this based on what the media tells you. I made some calls and got opinions from people in the criminal law biz whose opinion I respect. One of those is a D.A. that went to school with my younger brother. I may or may not have spoken with someone at Barnes Law office who I got to know when I did work for former Gov. Roy Barnes couple years ago. I asked the opinions of 5 different people, 3 black, 2 white. All of them gave basically the same answer. This is what they said.

And I quote, By Georgia law, the McMichaels are not guilty and it’s not even close.. No good D.A. would take this to court. The Lady D.A. from Cobb county was chosen because she is black and female and is not known for her acumen of criminal law. I personally know of a murder case she was part of that I will detail further down, just know it was so bad I couldn’t believe she made D.A. Only way the state wins is with a stacked jury. However,that aint the plan.

This case is being thrust into the spotlight to stir up sh@t amongst Americans, bought and paid for by a certain entity I will not name but it’s not China. This same entity is paying for the blatant disregard of private property going on in my county and neighborhood. My neighbor and good friend was run out his home that he paid 250,000 for 30 years ago and it was flattened, all while his wife was battling cancer. He died of a heart attack a few months later. His was one of around 30 properties the county took from people that round. There is another one coming which will involve way more.

This is being done at the behest of “New Hollywood” and their money. Tyler Perry’s new compound, complete with airstrip, multiple escape tunnels, and $10 million in electrical alone, is around 3 miles s.e. of my house on the other side of Sweetwater creek state park. I know an electrician that worked there the last two years. Sweetwater creek park is the new goto for outdoor scenes in new Hollywood. The ruins and the creek were featured in Hunger Games 2, and many other movies. Before the outbreak, movie companies were filming at the park more days than not, and they take over whole sections of the park when they do.

Tyler is a great guy. Humble, Godly, and grounded. It aint his money paying to stir up shit, it is others in the biz and their intention is to try and hurt Trump. They hate Trump and want him gone because he aint good with pedophillia being legal and open like “THEY” want. They want payback for Trump going after Wienstein, Epstein, and others involved in pedo world. They hate us because we aint good with it either, and we voted Trump in. They are the biggest proponents of illegal immigration, bringing refugees here from places like Somalia, gun control, the destruction of anything to do with the confederacy, and the destruction of anything Christian based in our society. They are why it’s not Christmas anymore, it’s “Happy Holiday”. They demand all this in the U.S. while their “homeland” does the total opposite. It is walled off, no mass immigration, and is the only population more heavily armed than we are.

And before anyone starts slinging mud, these people aint about religion, they about money, power and pedophillia. They born with the right name and bloodline and use it to their advantage. They are wealthy beyond measure, and use that money to pay police and courts to make trouble caused by their pedophillia, murder, and kidnapping go away. Like Heather O’Roarke. When money don’t convince victims to drop charges, they just flee to their homeland where they are protected.

Their intention with this aint getting a conviction. It is to build up highly charged emotions to the point no matter how this case goes verdict wise, one or the other are gonna be pissed off. Judging by their choice of D.A. and other factors, it looks like they want a not guilty verdict, which will be Rodney King Electric boogaloo 2. There are already cases of black people committing violence on white people for revenge. It’s gonna get worse after the verdict. All this while Trump is already up to his neck with corona and democrats attacking him every chance they get.

“They” paid to push a specific narrative that was constructed to stir up shit and glaringly omits many key facts of this case. Specfically the following:

1. There is a history between the two parties leading up to this incident, hostile history, and it’s well documented beyond a shadow of doubt. This is purposely being ignored by the media. Basically, Arbery and friends had been confronted by the father before over the empty house, at the behest of thew owner because he was being robbed blind and did not live close to the place like the defendants did. The father was an investigator for the local D.A., had a solid reputation, and had the blessing of the police and the neighbors to keep out anyone up to no good. Arbery and friends bucked on that, and instigated a back and forth with the defendants that includes threatning to kill them.

This is not being included in the narrative but will come out in court.

2. The defendants were well within their right to be in the area as they lived there. Arbrery and friends did not. The defendants were well within their right to effect a citizens arrest for what they perceived to be a felony. The house and others in the area had become a target and had been getting robbed blind for months. Arbery and friends were without a doubt the source of those thefts, and were very much a target of police. They had them on camera multiple occassions going back months at the scene of burglaries and thefts in then neighborhood. Arbery and friends were warned by police of this and to stay out of the area. This establishes the defendants were not just being stupid racists and Arbery was not an innocent jogger. This establishes a clear legal right for the defendants to try and detain Arbery and to do so armed.

3. Rationlize it all you want, Arbery initiated the violence. He ran into the defendant and tried to wrestle his shotgun away. If I or any rational person are in Arbery’s shoes at that moment, the last thing I’m gonna do is attack the armed man and try to take his gun from him. Arbery did that because he knew he was busted, and was gonna do time. Major time because of gang affiliation. This attack was a clear and present threat to the life of the defendant and he was well within his right to use deadly force to defend himself. Arbery didn’t just attack the dude, he tried to wrestle dudes shotgun from him and shoot him with it. IDGAF how anyone tries to rationlize different, there is no justification for Arbery intitating the attack that changes anything. The defendants were not gonna shoot him, if that was the case, they would of shot him way before he got to their truck. Arbery reacted exactly like he had promised the defendants he would if they tried to stop him. It just didnt turn out like he thought.

Another fact not being mentioned is Arbery’s friend that drove them both to the area bailed on Arbery soon as the defendants showed up. That’s because he was Arbrery’s partner doing all the preceding thefts and burglaries leading up to the shooting, and he too had been warned by police to stay away from the area.

Police dont have the resources to dedicate to petty burglars and thieves full time. Arbery and friends knew that it took police time to show up in the area from their normal patrol spots. It’s rural Ga. That’s why they chose the area to target.

4. Specifically for you doodledawg, use of deadly force laws in Ga dictate that the situation dictates use of deadly force or it doesnt. Defendant shot Arbery three times because Arbery tried to grab dudes gun and take it away. Arbery’s actions and defendants actions 100% support and justify “in fear for your life” defense. Plus, Arbery and friends, who are gang affiliated, told the defendants they were gonna kill them if they tried to stop Arbery and friends from “doing work” in the area.

Dont get me twisted. I hate Arbery died. I hate the whole thing. But I really hate the real motivation behind the false narrative being fed to the public, which is to instigate violence and divide blacks and whites in order to drive the black vote from Trump. To damage and distract away from Gov Kemps decision to reopen which did not turn into the surge of cases and deaths the media was cheering for. And, this hit the public eye right when the first FLynn declass did.

Now, doodledog and everyone else claiming the defendants were motivated by racism, because south Georgia. That’s rich coming from Missourri, but if Arbery had been a white meth head, the defendants would of reacted the same way. This aint about race, it’s about working class folks getting robbed blind of their hard earned possessions for a period of months and doing what it took to put a stop to it.

I live in Douglas county, 15 minutes west of downtown Atlanta. Our sheriff is a black man. Sheriff Pounds. I voted for him and will again, not because he is black, but because he is a good, honorable man that is from here and earned his position the right way. He openly stands up to gangs and violent criminals. Douglas county has long had a reputation as the one in metro Atlanta you dont do bad shit in.

I live in a neighborhood of around 40 houses, all fairly nice split levels that range from $200,000 to $300,000, except for the ranch I live in which predates the rest of the neighborhood. All but 5 of the homeowners are black folks. My neighbor to the right is a younger single black lady that lives alone. Across the street to the right is a single black father and his 14 yo son. Across to the left is a white elderly couple. To my direct left is a white lady that put off retirement to teach gifted kids, and is pushing 70. None of them own guns nor have ever shot one. I do and have, and consider it my duty to defend them and their property.

Our neighborhood is on Lee road, and bordering us to the right is Pete’s chevron, about 350 yards from my house. It was here long before I was born. Never has there been a robbbery or any violent crime there until this year. A coffee vendor, an older law abiding family man, was chased and gunned down in the parking lot in broad daylight.

A few months before that a couple of high school kids stuck a gun in a ladies face at Pete’s. They went to Lithia SPrings high school, which is across from Pete’s about a quarter mile away. They lived in Chestnutt log, a lower class older neighborhood with around 150 homes that is right behind us.

The lady reacted like a mom would instead of showing fear, this throwed the 2 kids off and the bolted right for my neighborhood. I had no clue what was going on until Douglas county deputy came rolling by my house and asked me if I had seen the two kids and what they had done. I was outside working in my flower bed. The deputy left headed toward the back of our subdivision. A couple minutes later, the two kids cut across and were headed for the woods about 75 yards in front of my house. I ran in and grabbed my side arm and dialed 911 and told DCSD. I circled around behind the boys and came up on them quietly. I did not have my gun out pointed at them. I did not escalate the situation. They stayed put until the deputy came, who was joined by 4 others and the k9 a few minutes later. I called the D.A. and put in a word for the boys, who had never been in trouble and was put up to the robbery to join a gang.

These boys had heard of me before. When I first moved here, one morning some kids jumped my fence to cut through from chestnut log headed to Pete’s before school. I had a talk with them and let it be known that my neighborhood was not one to f#ck around in, because I will shoot someone. Then I told them anytime they need anything, a bike or car fixed, if they have trouble with the gang, a parent, or a police, to come to me. I took a few fishing. I told them to spread the word because the last thing I want to do is shoot anyone. I told them they could cut through my yard long as they respected my place and things. They call me Mr Billy.

Now, like the defendants in the Arbery case, I will not sit idly by while criminals burglarize and steal. Burglaries turn into home invasions and murders. I will use deadly force to protect my vunerable, unarmed, elderly neighbors. I would of done the same as the MTPcMichaels, but in a smarter way without physically trying to arrest him. He was on foot and police were minutes away. He wasnt going anywhere, and I would’ve followed him until police arrived. And IDGAF what anyone thinks of me. Call me a racist, a jackleg operator wannabe, whatever, I dont care. What I aint is a coward simp.

Armed robbery is rampant in metro Atlanta, as are home invasions, car jackings, just like St. Louis. The state of Georgia gives citizens technically the same right to use deadly force as police. To become a man and father in Georgia you are expected to defend your home, family, and community from threats their safety. We dont have looter problems. We dont expect police to save us, we save ourselves. That’s just the way it is here and that’s the way we are.

All of you castigating the defendants have fallen for the false narrative. You are helping to hurt Trump’s reelection and your fellow law abiding citizens. You are contributing to a powder keg of violence that could explode into real ugly, and you are piling on labeling us white Georgians as racists because Georgia. And, you are adding to the gun grabbers narrative that civilians dont need guns.You are contributing to a society where blacks were already committing violence against white folk with impunity and getting away with it. Knockout game? I cannot believe anyone is passing judgement in this case based on what the media says. I dont believe a damn thing they say and havent since before they castigated Richard Jewell.

Almost forgot, the cobb co D.A. She worked on the following case that I got personally invovled with because one of the defendants was the son of a lady friend I have known since first grade. Austin Humphries is his name. I know Jordan too. Both outstanding young men with jobs and families who were set up to be robbed by Johnny Guevera, who had asked them to drop him off at the apartments on six flags dr. When they stopped to let him out, a robber came up from behind blasting away with a .22 revolver. Jordan got off 1 blind shot with his legally owned .45acp and took off. The shot hit the robber in the hip ripping open the artery. Initial surgery stopped the bleed but it opened back up next morning and dude died.

Let me just say the lady cobb co da was involved with that case, and her legal acumen was.....lacking.

I doubt this is gonna change the mind of anyone. Preconceived notions are hard to dislodge once entrenched. I’m kicking myself knowing I just wasted the 3 hours to write this. But the truth is the truth, in this day and time truth is under attack on many fronts. Someone needs to stand up for truth and might as well be me.

Just know if you stay with your position, and this turns bad after the defendants are rightfully acquitted, Trump loses the black vote because of it and loses the election opening the door for China to come in and do what it wants, know that you were a part of that and cheered it on. Know that you are promoting the idea that white people cannot defend themselves from black criminals because racism no matter who is lawfully in the right.

When he had a flare up, he would go to his bee hive, conjure up some bees on his hand, and get them to sting his hands. Dont know how, he was magic with them bees. He never wore any gear working them hives, and got them to do whatever he wanted. But those bee stings were the only effective medicine for his hands. And it worked great.
Leonard also concocted the best cold/cough medicine there was, and said it was the saving grace for his family in Atlanta during Spanish flu outbreak.
It was a hot toddy boiled in a pot with the shavings of the inside meat of sweetgum bark(analgesic like aspirin), spearmint leaves, shot of corn likker, honey and lemon.

I have been praising Governor Kemp up to this point because with Atlanta airport being one of the busiest in the country for domestic and international flights, Atlanta could’ve become Italy a month ago. He was quick to shut down the Final Four, Atlanta Race, Masters, and start of baseball season when there were only a few cases.

Boy was I wrong.

Little Albany, Ga 3 hours to the south of Atlanta, with no interstates and little air travel, barely trails Atlanta in numbers and deaths, and is amongst the worst nationwide per capita.

While Atlanta’s numbers are good compared to other major cities, there are several rural counties with higher numbers than those that border Atlanta, and the entire state is saturated now.

Then, yesterday, Governor Kemp publically proclaims he didn’t find out about asymptomatic transmission until a couple days ago.

Really? I’m a self employed contractor with no college degree and I knew that before the first case popped up in the US.

Sorry Governor Kemp, you have a highly paid medical expert on your virus task force, and you are responsible for the lives of every one in this state.

I knew about asymptomatic transmission, there is no excuse for you just finding out. Fail.

He has shut down the state and banned all but “essential” travel by force of law. My county is enforcing this pretty seriously with tag readers as are others.

My brother in law has been unable to walk or work for over two months after emergency surgery to relieve pinching of his spinal cord. My dad is not long for the earth and my sister takes care of him too. They live in the same county I do but on the opposite side, and I’ve already been pulled over and given a warning because it is not essential travel.

That’s bullshit.

It really pissed me off when I went on my walk tonight, same one I been taking for over the last month, through my neighborhood to the main road and the store next door, picking up trash being a good citizen, and there was a freshly planted “Loffler for Senate” sign littering up the main road I have been picking up.

So, I can’t go help my sister who now has a paralyzed husband on top of our elderly father to care for on top of two young sons, because it ain’t essential. Millions of Georgians are sacrificing sitting their asses home yet the Loffler campaign is out driving around planting signs?

Then, also tonight, an off duty Atlanta police got pulled over doing 130 in a 65, in his own car, 15 odd miles north of Atlanta on 75 north in cobb county, by Georgia state patrol. Verified Positive and breaking isolation.

65 over alone is way beyond a super speeder ticket, and should’ve resulted in an angry snatch, slam, and cuff arrest by the state trooper. Reckless endangerment, blood tests for impairment, 2 or 3 grand in fines. 1 year probation. 1 year license suspension. Like multiple people I know of that got caught going 40 or more over.
Not to mention breaking isolation verified by a positive test.

This is without a doubt man made. The latin root of quarantine is “quaran”, for quarter of a year, for the period ships were required to quarantine in port after the black plague nearly wiped out Europe 500 years ago.

Just this past week, the cdc and Ga HHS arrranged and comped a flight home for two elderly people on a cruise that tested positive without telling anyone. The elderly couples daughter called channel 2 news in Atlanta LIVID that her parents were put on a commercial jet. When the reporter called the CDC, they said ,”The couple were not infectious to others because their fever had been broke 3 days.”

For anyone infected in South Korea, Singapore, and China to be considered recovered and released from isolation requires 14 DAYS after the last positive test. Not end of symptoms, 14 days after last positive test, which is usually several days after symptoms end.

Not only is this man made, everyone in your government and media not named Trump or Pence is trying to ensure every American gets infected by bullshitting people into a false sense of security.
