Migrants from all but six countries in what border patrol calls the ‘eastern hemisphere’ – made up of Africa, Asia, Australia, and Europe – who cross illegally into the San Diego border sector will be released into the US according to the memo, first reported by the Washington Examiner. White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre brazenly fought back after being asked why Joe Biden hasn't used his executive powers to deal with the border crisis. The press secretary, 49, admitted on Wednesday that Biden does have the power to curtail the ever-growing migrant ordeal - but she snapped back: 'Why should he?' President Biden took 94 executive actions to reverse Donald Trump's border policies after taking office - but has refused to issue any as migrant numbers have surged.

Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) said Tuesday on CNN’s “The Situation Room” that it was “absolutely unrealistic” to say the Biden administration could have avoided the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. Host Wolf Blitzer said, “Senator, what responsibility do you think the Biden administration bears for what happened?”

As President Joe Biden’s immigration crisis overwhelms the United States and wreaks havoc on the state’s resources, confidential documents suggest the president’s open border policies were intentional. The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) filed a lawsuit against Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS), claiming the agency halted the 287(g) program, which assists in the deportation of illegal migrant child rapists, attempted murderers, assailants, carjackers, and other known criminals. In August 2023, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) revealed that the government ended the program in January 2021— right after Biden entered office. However, the compromised agency gave no reason why the...

Eighty-five days and counting. At least 10 publicly acknowledged and maybe as many as 40 American citizens continue to be held hostage by Islamic Palestinian HAMAS. No update, no proof of life. From Biden, just quotes of "hope". Biden lets the US Navy be attacked daily without response or retribution. Is there no limit to Biden's surrender? Instead, he's again on vacation, this time to St. Croix.

The House Homeland Security Committee released the findings of the second part of their probe Thursday into Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, finding he “enriched the cartels,” according to a copy of the report obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. Under Mayorkas’ leadership as DHS secretary, cartels have gained more control over the southern border and smuggled more individuals and contraband across it, according to the report. The first phase of House Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green’s probe focused on Mayorkas’ alleged “dereliction” of his duty as secretary of DHS.

Photo by MoD Crown Copyright via Getty Images In the midst of the Biden administration’s disastrous military withdrawal from Afghanistan, top Pentagon officials were working to get the Secretary of Defense to sign a major climate change initiative, according to emails obtained by The Daily Wire. In the two weeks between the fall of Kabul to the Taliban on August 15, 2021, and the final U.S. military flight out of Afghanistan on August 30, Pentagon officials were scrambling with the White House to finalize the Department of Defense Climate Adaptation Plan, a document that declares climate change a major national...

Every piece of information that emerges from Biden’s shameful retreat in Afghanistan somehow manages to be worse than the last. This detail comes from a Franklin Foer article in the Atlantic based on interviews with insiders. Foer is the man you call for an establishment whitewash and that’s what this is. But even the information that slips out between the lines reveals some incredible details. A big part of what made the Kabul evacuation so disastrous is that the Taliban were allowed to take the city. The Biden administration sent Gen. Frank McKenzie to negotiate with the Taliban as the...

President Biden was personally involved in solving problems at the Kabul airport during the chaotic U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, directing people on the ground to find ways to get Afghans at risk out of the country, a new book details. The excerpt, “The Final Days: Joe Biden was determined to get out of Afghanistan—no matter the cost,” recalls the U.S. troop withdrawal in August 2021. The book’s release comes as the country marks...

Exactly two years ago, 13 United States troops were killed in a tragic suicide bombing in Kabul during the chaotic withdrawal of Afghanistan, and while families continue to grieve, some are "pissed off" and are dismayed they still haven't had answers from the Biden administration. Thirteen families, *** have a trauma bond that connects them: they lost a son, brother, daughter, or sister on August 26, 2021, when a suicide bomber killed them, and nearly 200 people total in Afghanistan. The bombing occurred at Abbey Gate, one of the perimeter entrances to Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, while U.S....

Abbey Gate, Hamid Karzai International Airport, Kabul, Afghanistan — Aug. 26, 2021The crowd was packed shoulder to shoulder. Every man, woman, and child shouted and waved pieces of paper — their contents indiscernible — in frantic attempts to gain the attention of the U.S. Marines and Air Force special operators standing on the wall above them. The promise of a new life lay just beyond the Americans guarding the gates. Sunset was less than an hour away, but the temperature exceeded 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and the air was filled with the stench of sweat and human excrement from the desperate...

Remember the heartbreaking stories, as shameless Joe Biden inexplicably withdrew all remaining U.S. forces from Afghanistan in the worst and most embarrassing United States military departure from a foreign country since the fall of Saigon in 1975? Of course, you do.The last US military planes left Afghanistan on August 30, 2021. Following that flight, Taliban soldiers entered the airport and declared victory. As my colleague Streiff reported on September 3, 2021, “By any conceivable measure, the US evacuation was a disgrace.” Streiff added:We know that thousands of Afghans holding special immigration visas (SIV) were left behind. We know hundreds, if not...

WASHINGTON – Families of the 13 US service members who were killed in an ISIS suicide bombing during the Biden administration’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan lined up Monday to slam the White House — with one Gold Star mom accusing the president of callously likening her son’s death to that of his late son Beau. Cheryl Rex, whose son Marine Lance Cpl. Dylan Merola died in the Aug. 26, 2021, bombing at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, said she became enraged at Biden’s mawkish sentiment, knowing full well that Beau Biden died of brain cancer on US soil. “His...

Washington — The Biden administration plans to welcome some Latin American and Caribbean migrants currently waiting in Mexico into the U.S. through the refugee resettlement program, as part of another effort to offer them an alternative to crossing the U.S. southern border illegally, the White House announced Friday. The initiative will allow eligible migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela who are living in Mexico to come to the U.S. with refugee status, which puts them on a path to permanent residency and citizenship, and makes them eligible for government assistance through the early resettlement process. The initiative would mark...
