The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on July 11 announced new proposed rules for lead paint in a bid to prevent hundreds of thousands of children from being exposed to the toxic substance. I'm looking to repaint a small steel toy. It's nearly 50 years old, and some of the paint separated while in storage and fell off. I'd like to repaint it, and thought of brushed-on model paint as the best solution. However, model paint is usually sold near plastic models. A New York man was arrested twice for smearing paint across the Black Lives Matter mural that sits in front of Trump Tower. Mark-David Hutt, of Rochester, was arrested by the New York Police Department on July 25 and 26, becoming one of at least eight people to be detained for vandalizing the mural.
