About 150 backers of President Bush's policy toward Iraq gathered in the gray, slushy cold near the Washington Monument yesterday to express support for U.S. military forces gathering in the Persian Gulf and to urge the prompt ouster of Saddam Hussein.

This past weekend I was thrilled to read the accounts here on FR of all the rallies, large and small, that my hardy fellow FReepers organized or participated in across the country.It was a great effort and you made a difference. The Support Our Troops Patriots Rally For America III, co-sponsored by the D.C.
